Fishing on Canyon Lake

We were visiting Canyon Lake for Spring Break from Colorado and were looking for something to do. The weather had been a bit chilly and windy so I was a bit concerned for doing a bass fishing trip. Evan was great to work with and very accommodating. My son and brother in law join us so we had 4 on the boat. We all caught bass and learned a little from Evan's knowledge of bass fishing! Definitely would recommend. All tackle provided. All we had to do was show up and have a good time!

Good times and Big fish

Evan was a pleasure to fish with! He’s so kind and outgoing. We got along well. He knows exactly where to fish and we managed to catch some of our first Largemouth bass! So fun. Would do it again

Great fishing

Evan took me and my two sons out on a cold spring afternoon. We had a great day catching large mouth, white bass, and even a stripper and a catfish. Great guide! Great trip!

March evening on Choke

Took my 15 YO son out with Evan. 1/2 day trip in March. Evan was great. Coming from an inshore fishing background - Evan taught us a lot on finesse fishing. A lot of fish caught and memories made. We will be back.

Canyon half day afternoon

My son and I had a great trip on Canyon with Evan. We booked a half day afternoon and caught well over 10 fish. Would definitely recommend Evan and plan on fishing with him again.

Canyon Lake trip

My brother and I were were able to schedule a last-minute trip with Evan on Canyon Lake. He was booked up but made an effort to get us a half day.
We were targeting largemouth bass and Evan was able to accommodate almost immediately. We boated 15 fish on a half day. My brother is new to fishing and Evan was able to get him the biggest fish of the day making our trip that much more special! We highly recommend Evan and plan to book another trip soon

Great day on the lake

Evan was a blast to work with. He was polite and professional setting us up for an outing with less than 24 hour notice. We caught some small mouth and large mouth bass and made some great memories. He is very knowledgeable and has good commitary keeping it fun. Would definitely recommend.

Totally Hooked!

Thanks so much Captain Evan, for showing my son and I such an incredible time. We had a last minute change to our schedule, I found Evan's number, and he organized our trip in literally a couple of hours, and met us right on time. It was a beautiful and successful evening on the lake. And though the bite started slow, we ended up pulling many largemouth, landed a couple great keepers, and my son's grandma cooked them up and were the tastiest fish we've ever had! Evan was extremely knowledgeable about the lake, took us to different locations in search of the fish, and taught us new techniques we had never used before, which brought us success. We definitely recommend a trip with him, and we plan to hook up with him again in the future. Thanks so much Evan!
