This pass is a great buy, you really do save quite a bit and it’s helps me plan my free time here in Dallas. Only here for a few days , traveling solo. So far visited the Science and earth museum in downtown. Have plans for the zoo and the city tower. I recommend pass : )

Rn general satisfechos con este producto, nadamas que dicen que cuando empecemos a hacer uso te daran una cuponera y con ella podras presentar en los diferentes puntos. En nuestro caso no fue asi, tuvimos que presentar nuestra hoja de confirmacion con QR en todos los puntos para poder ingresar a los lugares de interes. Gracias!!

Great value for your money. Attractions by themselves would cost more. Didn’t have any trouble with the electronic tickets.

La experiencia fue muy agradable, pero solo pude asistir a una atracción porque las otras estaban cerradas. Me pareció un alto precio para poder disfrutar una sola.

I was only able to do the Tower, everything else was closed unfortunately. Next time I will plan better. But trip advisor should really update things as well and make sure whatever is offered is open.
You need to call a heads and make sure that you plan accordingly in my experience.
I will not visit Dallas again unless I have business here. But it was a nice experience and next time would plant better* that’s for sure

You must go to each attractions to reserve a time, some days before. Read horror stories of how people bought these and then got to the attraction the day of and they were sold out, sometimes for the entire weekend. So I called the Bush Center and the 6th Floor Muesum to inquire about this. There is not a problem with getting into the Presidential Center with City Pass. However, At The 6th Floor, they recommended unless I could get there about two days before to reserve a time, I most likely would not get a reservation for the weekend. The 6th floor is normally sold out by Friday morning for the entire weekend. We were going only for the weekend, so buying the pass would not work for us.
When we were leaving the 6th floor Saturday afternoon, a disappointed man was expressing his disappointment about his family not being able to get in the entire weekend, not sure if he had bought a pass or not.
The website does tell you there are a limited amount of reservations and they may be sold out. However, it does not go into any great detail. I don’t think it would be a problem to get into the other attractions. However, I recommend you call the places you want to visit if you have a small window of time and ask them directly about using the pass and reservation availability, so you are not disappointed about your plans not turning out the way you envisioned them.
Be mindful that you must go to each ticket office to get a reservation time slot. This in itself can be very time consuming, especially if you have to go to several days before your reservation.
You can save a lot of money. However, you don’t save anything if you don’t get to see what you want to see and you have to waste a lot of time driving around making reservations. My recommendation is to call ahead. If it is going to work, buy the pass. If you have a limited time frame and want to go to see the 6th Floor, buy tickets from the ticket office.
I have purchased passes like this in the past and highly enjoyed it. The problem is because of Covid and limited amount of visitors they are letting in at a time makes the City Pass a gamble.

Had absolutely no issues using the city pass. We live in Mansfield and having the flexibility in use made it so worth it. It was great and I’ll definitely recommend to others in our network.

Buying this does not actually get you entry to every place!! Only the POSSIBILITY of getting in. It's cheaper for a reason! Purchased this to try and save some money as we were going to all of these places anyway. But it ended up being a total waste of money. Places require you to go there IN PERSON first to reserve a time slot. This is very problematic if you are from out of town like we are. We went to each place on our first day in Dallas and were only able to get a time for the reunion tower. Everywhere else turned us down saying they were booked the entirety of our time in Dallas and we should have come in person sooner. We weren't even there during peak season either, just a regular weekend. After much pleading, the science museum let us in. But as for the zoo and the JFK museum, no luck. Basically, this only works if you actually live nearby. If you are from far out of town, don't bother with this and just purchase tickets normally. The extra cost is worth the guarantee you'll actually get to go to the attraction. The CityPASS is a GIGANTIC waste of money and ruined our vacation. Lesson learned, don't trust these cheap all-in-one packages.

This pass looks great but I cannot figure out 2 things.
1) do you drive yourself to each of the four venues?
2) do you have to do all four of these in one day? Or can you do as few as only one activity a day? I would like to spread these four venues out over 4 days... can you do that?
3) and most importantly, once you buy the $47 pass, do you have to call ahead by a few days to each venue to reserve your ticket to each of the 4 places? Or do you just show up at each place with your pass and they let you in?

Does anyone know how late the CityPass bus runs? We would like to end up at the Observation Tower but don't know how long we could stay before catching the bus back to our car. Thanks!

Hello mommermom. I don't think that CityPass Dallas involves public transportation. The buses and trains are run by Dallas Area Rapid Transit, aka DART. If you go on their website, it might answer your question. Or, maybe TripAdvisor members from the Dallas (TX) might be of help.
