      This company is a scam! Don’t book unless you like throwing your money away!!!

      I wish I could be leaving a positive review but unfortunately that is not possible. I book this private transfer to help alleviate some stress after a long day of travel. The description states that they will wait one hour after the flight arrives unless you communicate with them prior to that deadline about a delay. Our flight landed 30 minutes later. I immediately contacted the company as requested letting them know of the delayed landing. Then due to the new Covid requirements for entry and all the confusion from unprepared travelers on top of 5 flights getting into Athens with 15 minutes of each other, the line to get through passport control was insanely long. I again contacted the company around 25 minutes later (still within my 1 hour time limit of arrival) informing them of the situation. At no point did they contact me and tell that any of this would be a problem. After standing in the passport control line for 1.5hours with a very tired, upset child (he is on the autism spectrum and with the jet lag and the crushing amount of people in the line invading each other’s personal space) we finally were able to pick up our baggage and look for our driver only for them to not be there. I ended up googling the company phone number (one was not listed anywhere on the reservation or booking site). When I called the employee she stated that the driver had been there but I did not show up in the one hour time frame. I responded that I messaged the company in the manner they requested per the reservation and I told them uptown arrival that the flight had arrived late and then 30 minutes later about the delay in passport control. Several things became clear:
      1. they never even read my messages or made any attempt to until after I told them I had sent multiple messages.
      2. The one hour time frame goes off of expected arrival not actual arrival. They did not even verify the flight arrival time before going to the airport

      I was then told by the employee it was my fault for not making it to the driver in “1 hour” which was actually 30 minutes from the time the flight arrived. I asked her how I was supposed to do that when it wasn’t even humanly possible and the best she could come up with was the driver could not possibly wait that long. Last time I checked, that is what I paid you to do and that is the service you provide. Apparently this company expected me to just ignore Greek airport security and all the employees telling me what to do and just make a run for the doors. 🙄

      I could understand if I had not communicated the situation at all or if my flight was the only one that had just arrived but for a local company whose job it is to provide these services on a daily basis they should know.

      It was very apparent they did not care. It was a win win situation for them. They got their money, made it impossible for the customer to meet their set guidelines (although I would argue based on what they stated with the reservation, I did) and they did not have the actual expense of providing the paid for service.

      Go with an airport taxi!! It was actually even 10€ cheaper and that is even factoring in my generous tip.
