I’ve had the best experience since coming here, and I feel like it’s a place where I trust that my health is safe.

I came to New Zealand on vacation and found the Salt Cave on my second day, so I decided to give it a try, since I suffer from severe asthma. I also booked the Colon Hydrotherapy, and it was a comfortable process throughout. Prashant explained everything in detail and I felt better immediately after. I already booked my second session before I go back to my home country. 🙂

We purchased a package deal to try vibrosuna and the salt cave, the package left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. A great experience as a pair (or solo), I had tweaked my back earlier that day at the gym and this cleared that right up. Was left feeling relaxed and as though I really had a break from the usual daily chaos. Highly recommend the experience
