Most exciting and refreshing experience

They picked us on time and gave detailed instructions before rafting. Our raft guide Dev was very professional and seasoned rafter. He made sure everyone enjoyed and got adventurous experience with safety. I totally enjoyed doing little tricks sitting at the front of the raft and standing up at the front, swimming in the end was most heartwarming experience of holy river.

Our first rafting experience and it was awesome!
This was the first time my family (me, my wife, 19 yrs daughter, 17 yrs son) went river rafting in the Ganges. I was a bit nervous about the cold but a snug fitting wet suit allayed that concern. The clear Ganga waters and pristine mountain air was a real treat for the body, mind and soul. Our guides throughout the trip were amazing and really took the effort to ensure we were all safe and having a good time. Shout out to Dev, Jasu and our boat guide (forgot his name!) for making it such a wonderful and memorable experience and also to Vipin from Red Chilli for patiently guiding me over the phone to make the right choice. Thank you, we hope to be back again!

And the guide made my 1st time amazing.
It was safe and guides give perfect instructions on your safety.

Must go for Red Chilli 26 km Raft
Its my 3rd time to Red chilli, plz ask wet suite as without asking they are not providing. 26 km rafting is my favorite.Regars

Great fun - but not enough
There are several alternatives available (from 9 to 26 km distance). We chose and paid for the 26 km which cost 67% more than the 16 km version. Very annoying when one only gets the 16 km rafting then. The operator said “yes the rafting is only 16 km, but the car is driving 26 km, that’s why” (16 km to bring us and 16 km back???) I guess he did not think that anyone checked the distance…
Anyway the course contains of many small rafting areas, of which some 5-6 are very fun, but the area is not really ideal for rafting, most of the trip is in plain water and the guide asks people to jump into the water to make the 2h15m on the water go.
The very good thing from this company is that they offered wet suit to keep warm - something we saw that their competitors did not do.
All-in-all a nice experience (for a beginner) - but very irritating and unnecessary that they cheat you on the sold distance.

Dear Mr Bjarke, Sorry if you felt cheated but honestly there is nothing like that and you also seem to have some sort of misunderstanding. On our website and on the rafting trip page, we have explained that 26km distance is not actual. Everyone call it 26km but in actual it is around 17-18km on the river and what people call 16km rafting is actually 10-12km. Entire industry call these stretches with 26km, 16km or 9km name but in actual it is less. We need to use the same name otherwise people will think we selling them smaller stretch which is not actually smaller. Being honest we have mentioned it on our website so people are clear about it. you can read it on our website. You did raft what every operator call 26km long stretch in Rishikesh. I hope you understand and don’t feel cheated now. What you rafted is called 26km rafting stretch in Rishikesh.

Well, we’d had an extremely amazing experience of river rafting with red chilli adventures team and made us experience the rapids to the fullest , the guide for us is MR. Dev who is undoubtedly professional and he had great skills and it was nice to share the rafting experience with him and group of people , they gave the best care when it comes to safety and I would highly recommend for more adventurous.
