Great trek and the best team! Recommend to everyone! :)

I did the Chopta trek with Naranzi, he was great guide and I loved the experience! The first 2 days of trekking is the best and not crowded at all! The views were stunning.

We had lots of fun and Naranzi always smiles and supports you throughout the trek with great mood and and also food, haha!

Take comfi boots (I didn't :D) and you will have a great time! Food was great all way long and the team of Mapping the Himalayas are all amazing people! Thank you all again! Also memorable drive from Rishikesh and back accompanied with great music!

Would recommend to everyone! also thanks for sorting all the transport for me, much appreciate it!

Absolutely brilliant experience with the best guide

This was the most wonderful experience. We were two friends in our 50s who were a little unsure about how we would manage. Mapping The Himalayas were brilliant from the start in terms of comms. Always responsive and helpful. We were brilliantly looked after by our wonderful guide Naryan and driver Anil from start to finish. The trek itself was sensational. Amazing scenery. So exciting to reach the summit. They provided crampons for the final ascent. The first camp was heaven. The camp for nights 2 and 3 more functional than beautiful but everyone very friendly. The drive there and back also really fun. An all round incredible experience. Big thanks go to Devish for his helpfulness and reliability. And to our friend Naryan for looking after us so brilliantly, for getting us up and back down that mountain and for being an all round lovely, fun, sweet natured soul. 🙏 all round top job, Mapping The Himalayas. Highly recommend these guys.

Best trekking experience

I had a blast with my friends and our guide ankush!
They took really good care of us, I didn't need to ask for anything, food, guidance, equipment, all was taken care of.
Plus: They were very friendly, motivative and fun. I loved this trip soooooo much.
Will come again

This trip was epic! Amazing guides, wonderful trek, beautiful sights, exploring nature at its best. We were fully taken of in therms of food (delicious and abundant), safety, trekking gear, housing and stories.
I would definitely do another trek with them when I return. Much love Jalebi bai!

We love Narayan :)

We had an amazing time with Narayan. He us so intersting, nice, gentle and attentive. You will gain a wonderful guide if you will go with him. The conditions were not easy and he made everything possible in order to make it nice for us. He's English is excellent and he told us many stories about the culture and religion. He realised that I want to see wildlife so wherever we went he was searching for the animals. He found us deer and a molan bird, which is an amzing colourful bird.

We clibed to Tungnath in snow. He gave us coats, ski trousers, gloves and walking stick and those traction snow grips. He brought us water and fruit and anything we needed.

He is such a lovley person and the trip was planned very well with many extra things to see on the way. WE LOVED IT!!!

Solo Snow Trek to Tungnath & Chandrashila

अकेले आये थे, फिर लोग मिलते गये और कारवाना बनता गया,
तीन दिन में अनजान चेहरों से दोस्ताना बढ़ता गया।

Trek leader bhawna ने पता ही नो चलने दिया
और trek बिना किसी तकलीफ़ के
इतने प्यार से पूरा हो गया ❣️

This was my first official trek, and for anyone who is looking to start off with trek this should be the first with Baromaas team and trek leader Bhawna. They handled everything very smoothly, travel, stay, food, guidance, timings… everything.

& UNLIMITED Entertainment Complimentary ❣️

I will definitely be going with Baromaas team only for all my future treks! You’ve earned a permanent client 😇✌️🫶

Had a Wonderful trek!

It was my first trek and an amazing experience with mapping the himalayas, I planned my trip just day before the trek I just had my clothes with me and they provided me with rest of the gear that we need for trek and it was amazing staying out in the wild walking all the way in mountains!

11/10 - Stress/Worry Free Trekking Experience

I took this trek with my sister and we can not thank Kalya enough for his guidance and support during this trek. They have thought of everything along the way and all you need to do is show up. The treks are extremely well thought out and Kalya and his team do everything they can to ensure that you are comfortable along the way. From the very beginning, there was no doubt that this experience will be one that I will not forget. The trails and views are beautiful and they have definitely found all the best spots for views along the way. Food and any extra supplies outside of clothing will be provided and they will do their best to ensure that you have everything you need during your journey. Pictures will not do this experience justice, you have to do it for yourself. Kalya is extremely knowledgeable you will learn a lot along the way. You get the most traditional experience possible from the people you meet at the camp sights to the food that is prepared along the way.
