About the vehicle: Green Devil Safari, I and our team, we are not car builders, engineers or car designers, but we organize excursions in 4x4 cars on the island of Madeira. "Eight adults were squeezed into a small jeep", the Land Rover Defender 110 takes up to 9 persons (in UK the same vehicle 110 (same size) can take up to 12 persons, please check for LR 110 12 seaters). So, this complain about the car, it should be done on the Land Rover website / factory, engineers, designers etc, and Euro NCAP, as they were the ones who set and aprove the car with 9 seats, exported and sold the car all over the world including America or USA. Once again “we are not car builders, engineers or car designers”. Before you booked this tour, you knew what type of 4x4 or "jeep" it would be, you could check at the photos on TripAdvisor, Facebook etc, and its the same 4x4 vehicles that we have on social media that we use daily for our excursion and you can see the feedback of the customers. You have to understand that, when you book a 4x4 tour, it will be a 4x4 vehicle, that they are not so confortable as a Mercedes class S, Jaguar XJ or the american car (since you are American) that you have huge limousines, Come on..you are in Europe not America. You must also understand that the tour you booked is not private and is written “small group up to 9 persons per vehicle”, so the maximum capacity is correct and we do not exceed this number. We have private tours that would be more comfortable for you, so you wouldn't have to share the car with other customers, which would make you feel more comfortable and not “squeezed”.
