What an A M A Z I N G experience this tour was!!!!! Justino was an absolute delight and fun tour guide! He answered every single question we had, and we had a lot!!!! He was very fun for our 6 year old and made sure she comfortable throughout the tour, and also made sure she had fun! Every place he recommended was perfect. He also speaks perfect Spanish and English.

We booked for 4 people. At that time, Justino was there with his good humor and kindness.
We spent the day together, with lots of explanations and magnificent landscapes.
We would have liked more 4x4s because there is a lot of tar but it is the regulations that require that.
I really recommend it, but head west instead.

We were initially looking forward to a day tour exploring the beautiful east of Madeira. However, a day before our booked tour, Mauricio kindly reached out and requested if we could consider changing the day due to some cancellations. Understanding the challenges of conducting the tour with only two participants, we agreed to accommodate the change and adjusted our plans accordingly.
Regrettably, on the morning of the rescheduled tour, we received a call from Mauricio expressing his inability to proceed with the tour. Apparently, some individuals failed to show up at the designated pick-up point, making it unfeasible for him to conduct the tour with just the two of us. As an alternative, he suggested the more popular west tour, which, unfortunately, did not align with our preferences.
We must admit that this experience left us feeling disappointed, primarily because it required us to alter our plans twice. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, the inconvenience of rearranging our schedule on two occasions dampened our overall experience.
In summary, we regret to say that our encounter with the tour service did not meet our expectations. We hope that future customers will have a smoother and more enjoyable experience.

You got a full refund,, one star it's not fair from your part but up to you. on Viator It says that the minimal is 4 people to do a Jeep Tour. We gave you options and I did call you explain the situation that I had last minute cancellation and like you know on the next day I was at the meeting point and the other guests didn't show up so I had to cancel our tour. So I had a bad day to I thought you did understand but you didn't so you gave one star to damage the company. From my part. I only wish you the best.

This was a lovely and easy-going trip around the island. The highlight was the view from the top of the mountain - a definite must for all coming to Madeira. Our guide was really nice and was a careful driver (not always the case!). A great day!

Der fahrer war supper . Er hat viel erzählt und war sehr lustig . Wir könnten mit ihm kurze anhaltstellen machen zb. ( schöne Blickpunkte , Poncha zu trinken usw. ) .

This is my second time with the company and we had the same guide , he is so friendly and explains everything on the way . We had a French couple on our tour and he was also speaking in French to them , we highly recommend this tour guide company , he is very passionate on what he does , we will be using him again next time we are in madeira . He name is mauricio great guy

A brilliant way to explore the Eastern part of the island. The trip up the mountain was fab, even though it was misty at the top and we couldn't see the views. The off-road bit was very exciting and our driver handled the land rover expertly. Wear plenty of layers, as it was pretty cold at the top.

Unfortunately, the company canceled the tour the day before because we were the only two people going. This gave us very little time to find another tour. They suggested that we do a west tour but we had already done that. I really wish they would have given us more of a notice. We ended up having to find something last minute that turned out to be a waste of money.

Hi there
I gave you options, change for another day or do the West side. The minimum number for a Jeep Tour is 4 people. I don't like do cancel the tours, only as a last resort and when it is really not possible I have to cancel. You didn't lose money because when I cancel Viator refund your money in full. I understand it's annoying I feel the same when I have cancellations from guests as well. You had a lot of choices, there is a lot of Tours that you can take on the Island.
I hope you understand I only cancel a tour in last resort.

Voici la meilleure et plus belle journée passée a Madère en compagnie de Mauricio et sa Jeep!
Des paysages à couper le souffle!!! le passage dans la forêt de laurier: mémorable! Ca secoue un peu mais très amusant 😁
Le midi, on a pu s'arrêter dans un petit resto local ou on a pu déguster les traditionnelles brochettes, un régal !
Quant au guide, Mauricio, au top! Un super personnage avec beaucoup d'humour, qui parle très bien français et qui connait parfaitement son île. Il nous transmet son amour pour Madere... On ne s'ennuie pas tout au long de la journée! On est même triste quand on arrive à la fin de la journée.
Un grand MERCI des françaises Mauricio 😉
Je vous recommande vivement cette sortie, vous ne le regretterez pas!

The views on this tour are stunning, none more so than those from Pico do Arieiro. Justin our tour guide was as you would expect knowledgeable and very friendly and definitely added to what was an enjoyable tour.
