On a beautiful October day Jacinto took care of us for the discovery of Pinhao and the surroundings. everything was good! Welcome, explanations, with immense kindness and great professionalism. thank you for this afternoon which made us appreciate this region even better.

I booked this tour as it was a small tour, no more than 8. The first half was ver good however when we went to the winery we were told to join the tour that already included a a bus load of visitors This was not what I had expected and was disappointed with the winery experience If I wanted to be with that many people I would have just booked the cheaper bus tour

We had a great tour host in Pinhao and enjoyed the winery tour/tasting and the boat ride. The scenery was wonderful and Quinta da Roeda was really enjoyable. What made the tour a "4" instead of a "5" were 2 things: 1) the tour was actually 4 hours and not 3 which impacted our plans after the tour, and 2) when I booked the tour the description was a visit to a winery, a visit to taste olive oil and a boat ride on the Douro. When the tour started we were told that the tour was starting with a drive to a vista to look out over Pinhao. That was disappointing and we wouldn't have signed up for the tour had that been in the original description. The trip up the windy mountain in a van with 10 people left several of us with motion-sickness. When we asked about the olive oil tasting we were told that portion was only for the full-day tour and would happen later in the day. It was clear that several tours were combined (we had different group participants on the boat ride and several of our original group left to have lunch at this time) and they were trying to accommodate the descriptions listed for the different tours.

Very nice and professional Guide.
Very pleasant cruise followed by the visit of the vineyard very interesting and detailed and which ends with a tasting of the different wines with a magnificent point of view. Great activity.
