I walked the Camino with a friend this fall and loved every bit of the trip. Camino ways booked us into great little hotels and pensions and transported our luggage very efficiently. The two star hotels were quirky and interesting and frequently surprised us with their amazing meals. There were plenty of cafes and bars along the way to keep our caffeine levels up and a beer in the afternoon was a special treat. It was an amazing experience to walk across Galicia, to be so intimate with the land, to take time to experience the morning mist, the wet spider webs, the ground covered by chestnuts. The walk was challenging enough to inspire us to start early each day to get the miles covered while the air was fresh and cool, but not so hard that it was daunting. We split up a couple of the longer days to be a more manageable distance and Camino Ways accommodated that request. I highly recommend the Camino as an active holiday and Camino Ways to look after you. Buen Camino!

I would highly recommend Camino Ways. It was my 1st solo trip so was abit apprehensive especially as it was abroad in Spain. My camino was tip top from start to finish. I requested transfer from the airports, transfer of luggage, evening meals, bed and breakfast and all went swimmingly. The camino was excellent!!!!!

I took a group of 22 on this trip and everyone loved it. Camino Ways organised everything perfectly and we had a nice mix of hotels with great food and wine. The baggage transfers were smooth and our guide was also nice. All in all a great experience.

Amazing experience. We got paired with a group that's just amazing. According the guide not all groups gelled the way we did. Guide was amazing. If you are more of a solitary person. You do not need to leave at the same time as the group. You will be eating together, but there's no pressure to mingle. Tell your guide for any preferences oftentimes they can accommodate you. Don't be squeamish about the accommodations, you will be staying in small towns and cities... They are nice hotels and there are old minimalist ones. But overall they were clean enough and comfortable after a long days walk.

We 4 friends walked from San Miniato to Siena over 8 days in late July 2022. The hotel arrangements and the baggage transfers were done by Caminoways. We have used this company before and would recommend them highly to everyone. The hotels and meals were excellent. And the staff were always very responsive and helpful when we called them for assistance during the trip.

I have booked many trips with Camino Ways on the Via Francigena, to Santiago from Porto and now Camino Francés from Sarria. As usual I enjoyed the walk and the hotels were good. They all have different characters and I like that. I had booked dinners where offered by Camino Ways and was satisfied. No trouble on the route and nothing to complain about. For the two nights in Santiago Camino Ways had booked at Hospederia San Martin Pinario and I liked that. I can recommend Camino Ways.

I just completed the Camino with my sister and father and organised the ‘luxury’ experience with Camino Ways In Dublin. We did the 5 day Camino from Saria to Santiago de Compostela. The trip was superb- everything ran like clockwork. As none of us had done the Camino before we really had no idea how to approach it but they made it all very easy. All of our accommodation was perfect (with particular high points being the Rectoral de Lestedo in Palas de Rei , the 1930 Boutique Hotel in Aruza and the big finish of the Parador Reyes beside the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela. Airport transports were perfect - on time, spotless and courteous and the baggage collection was seamless. Thankfully were never needed any after hours services or to contact any emergency numbers but we found it fantastic. It provided me as chief (and for the most part clueless!) organiser with great peace of mind. I would definitely recommend using Camino Ways.

My husband & I walked the last 100km of the Camino Frances starting in Sarria and finishing with two nights in Santiago De Compostella. Camino Ways did a wonderful job in their organisation and I would highly recommend them. The guesthouses we stayed in every night were so full of character and cozy with lovely hosts.It was good to stay 2 nights in Santiago so we could enjoy this beautiful city. The maps and walking notes were very informative. We only had one hiccup and a phone call to the 24 hour helpline had this sorted within 5 minutes. Winter was a very quiet time to walk and not many cafes were open along the way. But this was good because it meant we got to know the other pilgrams as we all had to stop for coffee at the same cafe. Winter is also a good time to walk when it is not so hot. It was also a great way to experience the people, the countryside and food of Spain. We had a fantastic time.
