If you are planning on going here for the sole purpose of playing paint Ball, I highly recommend you re-think it and look for another alternative.
We made our booking on the Friday at 3.30pm to play on the following Saturdays. They gave us a confirmation, and said we can play between 8.30am at 6pm so we went there by 10am. At 11, they said our allocated slot was at 4pm! (Could you have not infored us the night before or even on the Saturday morning?!) This was also told to us only after they made us pay for 10 packs (even though 2 people could not make it) mind you their was so many people there (300+) that we actually started playing at 5.30!
So thay said to kill the time that we can participate in some of their other activates. And so they let us go on their zip line (we climed this rickety, cheaply built metal ladder that had no safety, if someone slipped climbing that steel ladder it would have been a 20 foot fall!), then they let us shoot 3 arrows and shoot 3 pellets out of an air rifle (again, WTH! The achery and air rifle rangers is right next to the shooting rage and after i shot my arrows, they asked me to go and look for the arrowns i shot, while another group was shooting led pellots not 15 feet away, with absolutely no safely barriot between me and the air rifel targets (the smallest mistake on other persons part would have meant i would have got hit while i was looking for these bloody arrown in the grass!)
This was their answer for making us wait 5+ hours! What a waste of time!
For the corporates who are planning on sending their staff for any outing, please re think your plan. Their safety protocols were absolutely nonexistent! And don't let me start on their COVID protocol! (That also was NONEXISTENT!) It was like they were still stuck in 2016. No one bothered to check our temps, there was no sanitiser anywhere! and not even a working sink to wash our hands! They also re use the life jackets from one person to another! Mind you, not even their staff were wearing masks, WTF!
Also by chance if you speak to Mahendra, one of their sales reps. Keep in mind he is a brilliantly un organised lier!

Terrible customer service by the sales team. Activities had very little safety measures. Very long wait between activities. AVOID THIS PLACE.
I made a booking for 10 people to play paintball with Che Adventure Park on Friday at 3.30pm and the sales person Mahendra said we would be able to play between 8.30am and 6pm.
On Saturday sadly 2 of my friends couldn't make it but the staff asked me to pay for them because the booking had already been placed for 10. Then after taking the payment they said that we have a specific time slot to play. We were there at 11am and they gave us a timeslot of 4pm!! Which 2 of my friends couldn't even stay for but the staff didn't even refund the money they paid. Finally we were only able to play at 5.30pm! It was getting dark and hard to see to play.
They offered some half baked activities to take up the time from 11am till 5.30pm. Zip Lining was a joke. One small Zipline across the river.
Archery was chaotic. Only one staff member to run the archery range and he was spending more time to go search for the arrows after they were shot rather than teaching how to shoot. 3 arrows and you're done. What a joke.
Air rifle shooting, the gun was terribly out of sight. They again only had 1 gun that was working. Another gun was broken.
After this disaster of a day, when I asked for a refund only for the 2 people who didn't turn up, Mahendra in sales team gave me really bad attitude and accused me of being in the wrong. Avoid this place.
