They messed up my booking, which was confirmed in writing. “Julie” was not interested in helping, told me to take it up with my travel agent and though she could get me on the van I’d have to sort out my own accommodation and transport to and fro park. After agent spoke to her, she grudgingly offered to book me into an external tourist lodge, which negates the point of the tour, the overnight in park. So cancelled via my agent. I am old and unlikely ever to be able to return (live in UK), so a big ticket bucket list trip has been spoilt by this company. Also had to book a San Francisco hotel for the overnight that should have been in Yosemite at short notice. I do not advise trusting this company with any important trips…actually with any trips.

Yosemite is magnificent and our guide, Jay, made it so easy. We would have missed so much alone. Biking through the valley was a transformative experience.

Have just spent 2 weeks in America and this was the absolute highlight. Our guide, James, was amazing and showed us all the amazing highlights of the park, giving us time to see the spectacular scenery and lots of information. We saw everything without feeling rushed. On the second day we had free time in the park to do what we wanted, enough time to do a decent walk. Yosemite is so beautiful and a total must. I would definitely go again and would highly recommend Incredible Advetures. The organisation and communication was excellent.

The private tour of Yosemite was a bit disappointing overall. Having a driver for the trip to Yosemite was nice but, for the cost, what the guide provided was minimal. While we were at Yosemite, the guide left us to do a 2 hour hike, which was fine, but then picked us up afterward, did a couple photo stops and then dropped us off at our hotels for the day.....so spent about an hour actually with us in the park taking us to some photo spots. Then the next morning, the guide picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off for the next 7 hours to hike, shop, etc before driving us all back to SF. There was no contact number for the guide in case we had any problems during the 7 hours which seemed strange. We expected a more comprehensive drive throughout the park with more information given to us about Yosemite. Instead, we were dropped off in the Valley to do our thing. We could have driven to the park ourselves and done some hikes for a lot less money.

We have just arrived back from a beautiful tour with our guide Britney. Britney was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our tour, particularly in managing guests who tried to bring large luggage. It's important to remember the bus can only take a gym sized bag per person. Britney was very knowledgeable about Yosemite and San Francisco and gave us some really interesting and fun facts during the drive.
Our drive out took approx 4 hours and we stopped at a large grocery store along the way. When we arrived we did a short trek and then we were driven to a number of amazing photo stops (these covered most of the valley trail). We had an issue with our phone and thought we had lost all of our day one photos - Britney was very helpful and offered to drive us back to the photo stops on day 2 (thankfully the photos were recovered). On day 2 we had around 7 hours of free time to use as we chose, however Britney had provided excellent suggestions and dropped everyone off where they wanted that morning. As per her suggestion we did the Mist trail, which was moderately difficult and then Mirror lake (not challenging) followed by a swim at Swinging Bridge which was a perfect way to end a warm day. We then got back on the bus at 3pm for our drive back to San Francisco, along with Britney's excellent playlist. Overall, it was a wonderful trip, made all the better by such a helpful and bubbly guide.

We had a fantastic time in Yosemite. Booked this trip instead of hiring a car, guide and making our own way there and so glad we did. Travelling in a comfortable air conditioned mini coach was way preferable than the stress of trying to get there ourselves, plus we learned lots of things along the way we’d never have known thanks to our great guide, Parker. He picked us up from our hotel in SF early on day 1 and spent the next 2 days making our trip as easy, informative and fun as possible. He knew loads about Yosemite and the surrounding area and made sure we didn’t miss anything. We had plenty of free time too, but he was happy to make suggestions of what we should do and where we should go (I recommend swimming in the lower falls - just incredible!) The trip was a perfect balance of guided time and time to explore alone. Plenty of good snack stops too! I would highly recommend this trip if you are in SF and want to check out one of the most stunning places on this planet. If you don’t have enough time to do the overnight trip you can still see plenty in one day so don’t be put off!

This was an amazing trip. 2 days was perfect to get some good hiking done and get a feel for Yosemite. In fact a trip of a lifetime. Parker was a great guide, friendly knowledgeable and relaxed. I cannot recommend the trip or Parker highly enough.

Fantastic way to see Yosemite with a fantastic tour group and guide ( Parker was the best). 2 days is a perfect timeframe to explore and not be overwhelmed. Details all handled, made it easy at every step and very very knowledgeable. 5 stars.

The trip was great! Our tourguide Parker is such a sweetheart and provided us with lots of cool and interesting facts and background information throughout the time. He gave us great recommendations for hiking routes with several options so that everyone can decide what’s manageable for themselves. Due to the recent forest fires, our stop at tunnel view was not that successful because there was mainly fog and smoke to see, but on the second day Parker took a little detour there again, to try to get us a better look and indeed we had a clearer view that day. Some literally went the extra mile for us! I can highly recommend this trip to everyone and I would definitely do it all over again. Yosemite‘s nature and landscapes are beautiful and our tourguide added up to this with being so sympathetic and fun! #teamparker
