Good bike rental experience in general. If you own a higher quality bike, it will make you appreciate the investment. You get what you pay for, in terms of weight and gear ratio. Don't underestimate the terrain or those afternoon winds across the bay. That e-bike will look cheap after an afternoon of thigh busting pedaling.

What an awesome experience, electric biking around San Francisco and the beautiful Marina, Presidio, Golden Gate Bridge, Golden Gate Park, and so much more. Lily, Barry and Jason were courteous, knowledgeable and super helpful during our family trip. The bikes were awesome, and much needed navigating the hills of SF. Their location was perfect and was super close to the Marina waterfront; perfect start for our ride. I’m glad there are many parking garages around the location too as we drove in. Definitely going to do this again

Mauvais service client : l'agent qui nous a remis les vélos était particulièrement. Il s'est adressé à nous (un couple de 49 et 58 ans) comme si il prêtait des vélos à des écoliers, répétant trois fois les différentes consignes sur un ton autoritaire ! Au prix où sont loués ces vélos (aussi cher qu'une voiture de location), c'est vraiment un manque de savoir faire commercial et de respect. Je vous déconseille ce loueur, qui plus est n'est pas bien placé.

zeer slechte fietsen in een zeer slechte staat. Tijdens het fietsen ging mijn fiets stuk. Ergens anders laten repareren maar Bike&View vertikte het later om dit vergoeden. Terwijl de makende fietsenmaker duidelijk aangaf dat het materiaal wat gehuurd was in zeer slechte staat is. De service achteraf is kansloos.

Die Übergabe erfolgte schnell und unkompliziert. Der nette und hilfsbereite Abgestellte überprüfte auch die Fahrräder vor unserer Abfahrt noch einmal zusammen mit uns. Die Räder waren nichts besonderes, aber für eine eintägige Stadtbesichtigung völlig ausreichend.

ótimo atendimento, as bicicletas muito bem conservadas, já vem com bolsa e cadeado, caso precise deixar em algum lugar, e o passeio é simplesmente maravilhoso!

I found Bike & View by googling when I searched for bike rental for one day. The online rental process is very easy and convenient. The price paid is cheaper than renting the bike at the store. They give you together with the bike a lock and helmet. You should return the bike at the latest at 4.45 pm which is enough time to take the bike at 10.30am, cross the bridge, have a lunch at Sausalito, enjoy the city a couple of hours and come back by crossing the bridge either by ferry or by bike.
