We bought a one day unlimited Go Pass for San Francisco and felt we got our moneys worth. We particularly enjoyed the bus and saw numerous venues over the course of the day. Because the pass was all inclusive, you felt like you didn't need to stay somewhere for any length of time. We covered about five activities by getting on and off the bus and didn't have to worry about driving anywhere. It was a great deal and we'd do it again in another city for sure.

Intente realizar dos compras con dos tarjetas de crédito diferente. Y nunca recibimos los pases. Enviamos correos pero no responden ni dan una asesoría para personas que hablan español. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Just bought a pass and forgot to apply a 5% discount from signing up for emails- they already offer full refunds if the pass is inactivated for 90 days but still refused to credit it to my payment even though I messaged them within an hour of my order. My trip is tomorrow so won't have time to cancel and rebook. Not impressed at all with the customer service and won't be using them again, plenty of other similar companies. Terrible first impression to a new customer!

You do SAVE with the Go-City all-inclusive pass. Obviously, the more attractions you visit, the more you SAVE. Just make sure you plan ahead.
Some tips: Most venues/attractions are now operating at limited hours due to Covid. Prioritize is key. Make sure you first check the venues original website for the most up-to-date hours and addresses. Some venues require reservations. This is IMPORTANT. This could be a deal-breaker or a BUST if you do not check.
The hours and addresses from Go-City is not up-to-date or current.
Also, some attractions had duplicate listings. It can be quite confusing when 1 listing honors the pass while a duplicate listing does not.. For my record, I took screenshots for safety. For venues that are further out in distance, you may want to call to confirm if they will honor your pass before heading out to make the drive to the location. Luckily for us, the attractions that we ended up going to did honor our passes. We notice this issue at the following attractions:
California Academy of Sciences
Walt Disney Museum
Exploratorium
GoCar 1 Hour
San Francisco Zoo & Gardens

We tried to make an online purchase for 3 different people. Wasted 2 hours wrestling with their website. We used 4 different methods of payment, 5 different transactions. Called their customer service number, got a guy by the name of Jody who was just as useless as their website. He couldn't get past the script in front of him to help us out. Finally got someone who was more helpful but he couldn't figure out what was wrong, either. He suggested we try using Groupon which we did but the handshake between Groupon and GoCity took over 4 hours. Lost an entire morning.
Buy BigBus' service, they have real people on the Wharf ready to help you.

Compramos el pase por un dia. Si se organiza bien vale la pena ya que contiene muchos puntos de interes que se pueden visitar, sin embargo se necesita tener un buen iinerario preparado apra scarle mas provehco, principalmente al pase de un dia. Nosotros pudimos usar el Big Bus y recorrer toda la ciudad en el bus de dos pisos, obtener boletos para el recorrido por la Bahia en barco, fuimos al Acuario, usamos los coches de Go Car, y el museo de Ripleys. Fue un dia muy activo para sacar el mayor provecho de las entradas incluidas . Se puede bajar el app que permite enseñar el boleto con mas facilidad y tambien planear el recorrido.

Son and grandson in from Seattle. Went to blue and gold boat ride and advised to book tickets early for Saturday ride. Used my pass to print out tickets for Saturday.
Went to use passes on Saturday and couldn't as it had already been activated.
Called 800 number to try to fix while on Fisherman's Wharf. Unable to resolve.
Spent a lot on the passes. Very disappointing.

Total Rip Off-Do Not Buy. No Refund.
Mistakenly purchased a 3 day pass planning on going on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; but most venues are closed on those days. So we had to book everything on Thursday. Also note that due to Covid many places take reservations and they may not be available. We ended up booking reservations for Thursday afternoon our last day here. They also advertised as 25 attractions but there are only 24.
Do not purchase this package. You’re better off song your own thing.

My wife and I spent a week in San Francisco. We purchased a 5 day go card. There are about 30 things to do on the card. In 5 days we used it at 15 attractions and some restraint discounts. It paid for itself in 2 days. Well worth the money.

Can we be sure that if the locations are open we will be allowed to enter. Foe example if the venue is no longer selling tickets for the day we visit

We wanted to go to the California Academy of Science-they required advanced reservations-which is hard to do online. We ended up calling and sending an email. They did call back from my email but we also got a quicker response by waiting on hold. They’re closed on Tuesday and the earliest opening was on Thursday at 2pm- they close at 5pm.
The Exploratorium is closed on Tuesday, but opens at 10am. We didn’t have any issues getting in.
The Aquarium was easy to get into.
We ended up raising an issue with TripAvisor/Viator which is a problem since it’s a 3rd party service-basically it’s a pain in the @$$. We got our money back contrary to their 100% fee for refund, which means you lose everything. Vey unethical business. I highly recommend just doing your own thing and not be regulated by a time restraint. You may end up spending more bit to me it’s not worth all the hassle from these yahoos. We ended up saving money doing our own individual events.
I want to buy the pass but the three things I want to do is Alcatraz, the aquarium and the zoo is it possible.

The aquarium on Pier 39 and the zoo are 2 of the many things accessible with the go card. Alcatraz unfortunately is not. Alcatraz is well worth the extra but get your tickets as early as possible they sell out fast.
