Bought the Sonoma/Napa limousine private tour for our group of 7 but was sorely disappointed.
1) Driver did not plan route properly. We ended up being half an hour late for our first tour and had to missed a tram ride that we already paid for at the first winery.
2) Driver told us not to touch any electronic in the car. So temperature was constantly either too hot or too cold.
3) Driver did not prepare any songs to play in the car. Had to use our phone to cast the music.
4) Driver told us there is no TV in the limousine. When prompted further he explained that was a DVD machine and ask if we had any DVD to play. We were not informed to bring any in the first place.
5) Even though we ordered their newest limousine, it leaks at the roof where there is an emergency exit. Since it was a rainy day, there was a puddle of water always on the floor right in the middle of the vehicle
6) Ride was very bumpy and feels dangerous.
Needless to say, we didn’t enjoy our trip to the wineries. We spend most of our time sleeping in the vehicle since there was no entertainment and was told not to touch anything. What a bummer.
