Greg was absolutely amazing! Full of great information, not just about the tiled stairs, but with the various landscaping and San Francisco history. Although a 2 mile walk with climbing stairs, it was an easy trek. We got to come home with a free succulent and some amazing pics he took of our walk! Definitely recommend!!!!

This walk was absolutely magical and a very memorable experience! We saw a few amazing hand tiled staircases which were community projects of the local artists and residents and enjoyed one of the best vista points of San Francisco. Greg was extremely knowledgeable and shared a lot of interesting facts about the neighborhood, city history, native Californian plants, etc. He also took plenty pictures of us and created a short video with all the points of the walk. Highly recommend this delightful excursion both for the guests and the natives of the area!

My wife and I came in to SF for the day and the walk with Greg was absolutely the highlight. The steps and views were gorgeous and Greg paced the walk beautifully so it wasn't at all tiring. His telling of the history of the steps, the area, and the city made it come alive in a way it could not have done if we had done it alone. And of course he knew the best picture spots :-) We'd very interested in other SF walks that Greg may offer in the future.

I would 100% recommend this tour! I had such a great time seeing these beautiful staircases and surrounding scenery. Greg is an exceptional tour guide. If you’re in San Francisco definitely check this out. I really enjoyed it a lot.

Definitely off the beaten path and something I would have never found on my own. Greg shared background on the stairs as well as the history of this part of San Francisco. Great views, great pictures, great time!

5 stars aren't enough to describe how enjoyable it was to experience the Steps of San Fransico walking tour. Greg has a WONDERFUL personality and makes you feel so welcome. The steps, history, and views are INCREDIBLE!!! Greg doesn't want you to miss any of your experience and will take pictures and then send them to you so you can savor every moment of your tour. We also always never leave a tour without tipping for exemplary service. Thanks as well Greg for sharing your succulents to take home. Keep up the Awesome work!! Steve & Yvonne Buehler

The pleasant and knowledgeable guide made the trip worth it, along with the mosaic stairways. Even living in the Bay Area for many years, there are still nooks and crannies of San Francisco that you haven't seen before. Be sure to pick a day with good weather for the best experience.

Greg was an excellent host and guide. The walk was delightful, perfectly paced, and very well organized. Greg stopped us frequently to point out landmarks, fill us in on historical background, and transmit fascinating anecdotes. He followed up with a collection of photos from our trip that we really appreciated. Highly recommended!

Great experience! Highly recommend it! The most fun part is when Greg take pictures of you and the staircase, and since he knows the pattern very well. You could just really engage with the mosaic staircase.
