This was one of our favorite days in SD, we rode everywhere. Out from 10-5 & still have juice leftover, including the ride to Point Loma, (yes the giant hill at Tide Pools was not a problem) Use the throttle people, it’s a treat!! Also, if you are repeat customer, there’s a discount on next rental. This was a great experience!!

Service was fantastic. Best place to rent an ebike in San Diego area. Was provided with great suggestion on where to bike. Tried out the tandem ebike. So much fun.

What a fun way to see San Diego. We had a great afternoon of riding. They offer a good variety of bikes and offer advice on riding and safety features. We are ebikers and loved the chance to ride while visiting. A must do

I frequently rent e-bikes whenever I visit a city as they are a great way to see new places. Pedego is one of the best rental shops for e-bikes that I’ve used (and I have used a lot of them around the world). I’ve rented from both the La Jolla and San Diego locations and the bikes were in excellent shape, well-prepared, and carefully serviced in both locations.
Also, I rented most recently from the San Diego shop as a solo woman (no family) and the staff were very helpful and kind. They made sure I had a good map of safe routes and their recommendations were spot-on.
Finally, their staff are very good at making sure riders are trained and safe. They do a full bike overview even if you are experienced with e-bikes, which is a good idea.
Pedego is a great choice for a family outing or a solo outing to see San Diego! Highly recommend them!

I had wanted to demo an electric cruiser, so I rented an hour. I could have spent all day on it, I had such fun. The owner, Sean is super helpful, the bike in tip-top condition. This is a great location, with easy access to the SD harbor bike paths.

Rented the electric battery bikes to travel out to point Lomas, beautiful warm day and great experience. Customer service was exceptional. The adventure was hilly and the bikes made for a great way to enjoy the ride without being exhausted at the end of the day. Only way to go from now on out when we visit Dan Diego.

Been wanting to try an electric bike so the wife and I rented a couple of their city bikes. Staff was very helpful getting us going, the wife was a little nervous but caught right on. Headed north around the bay past the airport. Would do again.

I don't remember the proprietor's name at Pedego San Diego, but he spoke to us like he had known us for years. He offered quick and easy explanation of how to use the bikes and we had the best time! It was easy to explore the city without the hassle of traffic, parking, or gas prices. We were free to get lost and the motorized bike kept us from getting burned out! It was a great adventure, and I will do it again whenever I return to San Diego! AND the price was great too! I felt like I got my money's worth!
