Firstly, our tour guide was very good. She met us on time and gave a good introduction. Moving onto the bus, this was very comfortable and the driver did well down some narrow streets!
The tour took us from Manhattan into Brooklyn. Along the way, our guide pointed out things of interest which we would never have spotted or known on our own.
During the Brooklyn tour, again our guide was knowledgeable and provided interesting facts about the history of the area and its people and its current state.
The food places we visited were all local small type restaurants, the food was all nice but I felt some of them only offered small tasting portions.
By far Table 87 was the best place, offering coal oven cooked pizza. What I think would make the tour better, is for some interaction from the restaurant owners, just to talk a little about their restaurant and history.
I would recommend the tour. Very little walking so easy on the feet if you need it.

This was a girl's trip for my mom, my aunt and I and we enjoyed it. Laurie was extremely informative about Brooklyn and it's history. The food tastings were exquisite and she gave us little fun facts about each restaurant. There was plenty of time to take pictures along the way and if you're looking for an experience that is family friendly this is definitely the right tour. It was fun, enlightening and a great way to see BK!!! Highly recommend

This is such a wonderful food tour. It’s the first one I’ve ever done & it was our first time in New York. Laurie was awesome. So friendly & knowledgeable. We got to meet lots of other people in our group from all over the U. S. I would definitely do it again. The places we stopped for small bites were EXCELLENT too!

It was a well organised trip, comfortable coach, fabulous host in Nancy who narrated throughout our trip with so many interesting facts. We opted to walk back over the Brooklyn bridge and we were dropped off in the perfect location. The tour itself was so interesting, the food choices and origins explained so well and well the food …. It was gorgeous 😜

This was the best way to see Brooklyn! Nancy, our guide, knew every detail about NYC. She was so informative, so kind, and so enthusiastic.
The food tasting was super fun, meatballs, falafel, pizza, cannoli, pierogies, kielbasa - all delicious.
This tour gets rave reviews and for good reason. Don’t miss it - I would do it again in a heartbeat. 1000/10.

Nancy was a wonderful ambassador for New York City! We covered so much ground, learned so much about New York, and ate some delicious food too! It surpassed all our expectations. This would be a good tour for those who can’t walk long distances. We had short walks, followed by lots of time on a small bus.

There isn't a whole lot of public parking lots or garages remotely near the Village. You are better off taking public transportation into NYC, or, if you must drive in, parking in Midtown somewhere and taking a subway or bus down to this site.

There is not really any time for shopping until the end of the tour in Dumbo where you can purchase chocolates.
