Saturday was a perfect day for a bike ride. My husband and I had a wonderful time. Johan was a great tour guide. He was knowledgeable and made certain that we knew how to operate our electric bikes. I highly recommend this tour.
My husband is an avid bike rider, and I ride my bike on occasion. However, we both felt that the electric bike made it easier to ride across the city.

I do not wish them.a bad rating however they did not have bikes that were acceptable so we couldn’t use their services. We had asked them for an easy woman’s bike for my wife to use and they didn’t have one.

Enjoyed seeing the city on bikes. There was a lot more stopping and touring than expected, would have preferred more consistent bike riding. Tour guide gave some information on city history along with a lot of information on city celebrities, if you’re into that. Was surprised I had to request air in a tire before beginning the tour. Would seem the company would check that for safety reasons. Be prepared for some weaving in and out of traffic. Would have been helpful to receive some basic “bike riding etiquette in NYC” before beginning the tour. Overall a fun day.

Wettest, coldest day of the trip, so what to do? simple, take the Electric Bike Tour. Met at the northern end of Central Park (West 110th St). Tour took us through Morningside, Riverside and along the Hudson to Battery Park. Our tour guide was the remarkable Bob - endlessly knowledgeable and great fun. Be sure to take the trip early and ask for "Best of Bob" - you will be well rewarded with more to see. Three and a half hours flew past.

This is a fabulous bike ride. Our guide grew up in NYC and knows EVERYTHING about the city. Through Central Park, along the river, down to the south end of the city and back up.

By luck, we had a personal tour with Chuck because no one else signed up. He was knowledgeable and paved our trip out perfectly. Has a native NYer he shared the right amount of history. We loved the greenway as we likely wouldn’t has seen it. The electric bikes were perfect to cover lots of ground. Now we’re interested in buying one at home. I’ve done another NY bike tour and the bikes were so horrible this was a treat of a comfortable bike.

An eBIke is a fast, easy way to cover a lot of ground with not a lot of effort. My son (18) and I went all through Central Park, through Harlem, Columbia, and along the Waterfront. The guide was great. There is no way you could do this on your own without some assistance. We would stop occasionally to learn about the area. I would highly recommend it.

Nov. 16th 2pm tour. Jeff was out guide..it was cold that day so I guess we were the only two signed up so we got a private tour. JEFF was absolutely amazing. He has such passion and so much inside knowledge of the park and information that is historical and factual. He brought his own diagrams of the timeline history of the park and was so detailed. I have taken tours before and its the same and I mentioned stuff that has been told and he defucnted it 100% I will only use JEFF and ebikes at Bike n Roll from now on. I get to NYC every few years and this guy knocked it out of the park. He even walked with us to the subway to help us find our way. Give this guy some love. He is why I get to love new york as much as he does.
