I own a tour company in Rhode Island, and I have to tell you that this experience was outstanding from beginning to end. In fact, I didn't want it to end. I had the pleasure of taking the Bateaux Premier Plus Dinner Cruise on Friday evening, November 17th. Before the trip began, Jamal, the concierge was very communicative, and provided helfpful guidance regarding parking and what the evening would entail. Jamal continued his outstanding customer service throughout the entire evening. Bravo, Jamal! For the dinner menu, I chose the Italian sausage ravioli appetizer, the Atlantic Striped Bass as the main entree, and chocolate mousse dome for dessert - all were delicious and beautifully presented! My compliments to the chef. Jackie, my waitress, was very kind and provided excellent service. I thoroughly enjoyed the live musicians that were on board as well - great touch. They were broadway level talent. The view of the Manhattan skyline, and then the Statue of Liberty were absolutely amazing. I especially loved that as we approached the Statue of Liberty, the live musicians on board sang, "God Bless America."
Everyone else I met on the staff - the captain of the boat, the maitre'd, the crew, and the photographer, were warm and friendly, and wanted us to enjoy ourselves.
If you want an amazing nighttime experience in New York City, do this!! It was excellent.

A good experience on the whole, but the food was a bit disappointing. The DJ played his own playlist for most of the set and didn’t seem interested in playing tunes for the guests to dance to.

Food was average, was advertised as having unlimited free water, tea and coffee available. We were offered water on arrival, then charged $10 for it. I was never offered tea or coffee. Views were great, but overall the experience was not value for money. It was overcharged

The views both before and after sunset where absolutely amazing took so many photos. We where celebrating our Golden Anniversary so our waitress and the DJ really made it special for us. There was so much food and the choices was great. Cannot praise this tour enough.

The boat was a nice size, plenty of room inside the dining/bar area, the food was delightful, a beautiful buffet with steak, salmon, pasta, chicken, sides, salads and desserts, something for everyone! The drinks were VERY expensive. We had a Shirley temple, a cosmopolitan and a whiskey & coke and it was $51!!!!!! The crew were friendly and accommodating. The views of the city at night from the water were amazing! There were plenty of deck areas for folks and we discovered a really cool lounge on the upper deck aft with games like shuffleboard, Jenga and life sized Connect Four. The music was provided by a DJ with a dance floor inside the boat that people really enjoyed. It would be nice to have more of the lounge vibe on other areas of the boat for a more relaxed experience. All in all, we had a great experience and would recommend it to other travelers, just bring your wallet if you like to imbibe!

It was an amazing experience! We almost didn’t make it on time due to heavy NY traffic, but a quick call to TripAdvisor to alert of our situation and miraculously we got there just in time for the ship to take off. The food was good, the drinks were flavorful, the atmosphere was fun and romantic, and the music was a nice blend of old school as well as new-aged. It was my 16th wedding anniversary and the crew did a wonderful job of acknowledging our as well as others’ special moment. We even got souvenir glasses to take home! I recommend this cruise to both locals and tourists alike. Money well spent! ❤️

Great experience, good food, professional and very friendly staff. Nothing to complain about. I enjoyed the whole dinner cruise and my son enjoyed himself too. It was for his 30th birthday. I wish the time was a little longer we had so much fun it went by way too soon. Would definitely return and recommend to family or friends. Thumbs up!!!

By far a highlight of our New York trip, even though it was rainy outside. This was the most incredible night. The music was fantastic. The vocals were amazing. The food was out of this world. We also opted for the seafood platter, also worth every penny very very, very good. The original dinner cruise was canceled just one day before our event due to lack of passengers. So we were transferred to the Bordeaux and couldn’t have been happier. They would have it. We should’ve booked the Bordeaux all along my recommendation to anyone celebrating an event. It was our 28 year anniversary and fantastic. Don’t book the regular, New York, dinner cruise book the Bordeaux dinner cruise. If you’re looking for a very exquisite night dining experience on the water do this. They also have a dress code so everyone dressed their best.
