Very knowledgeable. The bus takes you to many different places in the city. You get to see a lot. Be prepared to walk though bc it stops at places so you get a real feel. Tickets were not super clear. There are many bus tours that meet in same area. Look for USA guided tours. Absolutely recommend!

Great tour guide, great tour. Lovely to see the city at night. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. Were on a bus with about 12 others, so chilled and relaxed.

We've been guided through NYC by night, by Nathan, in a 12 seats small bus. on december 2022.
Nathan has been a wonderful guide, he took us to amazing places we had not visited yet, like The Highline, which is a beautiful place taking us through the city at 50 Ft height along the buildings, to Rockfeller Center, Wall Street district and many others.
The Tour was incredible, and we did appreciate the small bus which helped to share our experience with other tourists.
Thank you very much, we recommend this Tour 100% !

On our first night we decided to go on a tour to get a feel for the city. Our tour guide was Nathan, who was excellent in explaining the history and current real life New Yorkers view on all the sites & events that have shaped the city.

“Postcard” Tim a NY native was our tour guide for this small group tour. The glass top bus made viewing everything great. We got off at multiple stops and Tim guided us on short walks to see so much. Our group of four, who have been to NY,NY multiple times enjoyed the new places he took us. He knew the best viewing spots snd photo places and took multiple pictures in the best settings for tour members. Dress warm for this approximately 4 hour tour ( with restroom breaks!) we really enjoyed this small group tour.

My family and I recently went on the night tour with Rachel and the views by night were amazing! Although did feel the overall cost was on the expensive side.
Rachel- what can I say this lady is very knowledgeable about New York and what she doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing! She was amazing! Rachel also ensured my family and another couple accessed the correct route home and offered comfort breaks throughout.

On November 17th, Unfortunately, my flight was delayed, and I somehow managed to get to the bus exactly at 5:30 p.m. As I was navigating my way through New York City, I did receive a phone call from USA Guided Tours. I appreciated the call and check in. The tour guide, Tim, always went the extra mile, and really is a representative that makes USA Guided Tours stand out. He had a great sense of humor, had great dad jokes, and took the time to really explain each site. The tour never felt rushed. Tim also did restroom stops, checked in on everyone, and made sure to ask if anyone had questions throughout the tour. Tim showed professionalism, was nice, and was very knowledgeable.
Last but not least, is the driver on November 17th. Unfortunately, I did not catch his name, but he also deserves to be recognized for his excellent service. There were many NYC sites to visit, and he provided a smooth transportation. He was professional, nice, and patient. He worked very well with Tim, and it truly showed their teamwork. He made us feel safe when traveling to the different sites in such a busy city. He also took the time to drop us off as close as possible to each site. This did not go unnoticed. I am grateful that USA Guided Tours had a driver like himself.
Last but not least, is the driver on November 17th. Unfortunately, I did not catch his name, but he also deserves to be recognized for his excellent service. There were many NYC sites to visit, and he provided a smooth transportation. He was professional, nice, and patient. He worked very well with Tim, and it truly showed their teamwork. He made us feel safe when traveling to the different sites in such a busy city. He also took the time to drop us off as close as possible to each site. This did not go unnoticed. I am grateful that USA Guided Tours had a driver like himself.

Yes, I think we showed up at 5:30 pm, but the location they provided was about a half a block from the actual location. Look for a big, black motorcoach and a smaller one.

How long do the stops last? Do you get to walk the whole High Line? How long for Grand Central Terminal? I'm trying to figure out if I'll need to return to these spots on another day to see more. Thanks!

The stops are dependent on each location but enough time was given for each place and yes you get to walk the high line, only a part of it but enough to give you a flavour of it.

On 7th Avenue between West 50th and West 51st Streets. As you stand on the sidewalk facing 7th Avenue The Winter Garden Theatre will be at your back and you will be looking at a TGI Fridays across the street. I would still check with USA guided tours in case that's changed but that's the way it was back in December
