Do not bother with these guys. Terrible. Bus always full as they load up full bus at starting point so any next stop you are not able to get on and told to go to start point which completely misses the concept of this bus. What about sending one bus empty after one bus full to allow this to work? Terrible and would not do again all is doable by public transport or on foot better. I didnt make the night tour as after the boat tour there was over an hour wait for any bus to appear and ick us up. I was late to make the night tour due to this and it was my last night. Not worth the money, spent $100 and used the bus on a ride worth $5 and any standalone boat ride would do me bwtter service. Should have looked here for the reviews first. AVOID.

Horrible just horrible I waited for an hour to get on a bus that did not do anything that a regular bus couldn’t.

Headphones ad music going on most of the time.
On the boat to Liberty Island the boat was old old old. Chairs were made for picnics and the noice of the engines covered all the speak, so we could not hear anything. When coming back, it took almost 20 minutes the captain to get the boat hooked to the pier!!! Horrible trip, what a waste of money.
When we went back, they left us couple of blocks from the place supposed.
Not recommend.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. TRUST BIG BUS.
We purchased 2 day ticket. Got half way around 1 lap. Got off for boat. Waited 1hr. Must keep you waiting that long so they can sell drinks. Boat an hr. Still standing with bad back and knees. Got the subway home as it was late afternoon and we had done half a lap. They sit at stops with people harassing tourists till bus full. Sit at Green lights, go through red. I did not use the second day. They promised a remedy but 10 days later no remedy. Yes ticket number 350489686624.

Do me and my partner was casually walking through Times Square and was approached by this lovely man who was selling the bus tour. I knew there was 2 company’s selling similar tickets for these tours. After a little debating decided to go a buy a 2 day ticket each with the boat tour.
Got on the bus all seemed ok seats was not comfortable atall!! Headphones very basic kept falling out of my ear so didn’t really get to listen to the tour.
Now let me warn you about the traffic in New York it’s really really bad! And yes I know it’s obvious but trust me you will end up spending so much time on this bus!!
We was late even allowing enough time to the boat tour due to traffic being so mental we allowed 2 1/2 hours to get to the stop we needed to get to.
The boat tour didn’t rate it got a seat downstairs as you had to pay extra for the seats upstairs not that we are paying enough!
Trying to take pictures of the statue I was bombarded by the people who was standing for the tour because they didn’t have a seat blocking my view!
We got of the boat tour and walked back to the bus stop and there was at least 100 people waiting for a bus.
The bus turns up and now it’s 16:15 and it didn’t even take half the amount of people as it was full already.
The bus stops at 17:00 so we knew we had no hope getting on this bus we then had to pay $45 to get back to Times Square.
Some staff was really friendly but was faced with one member of staff who was extremely rude with just a question being asked.
Cut my legs on the steps of the bus as they are so steep

Wir dachten dass sei eine gute Alternative, da wir nur 2 Tage in New York hatten und möglichst viel sehen wollten. Das hat nur bedingt geklappt, die Busse sind so voll, dass wir oft erst in den 3.! Bus einsteigen konnten und dann unten sitzen mussten. Die Fahrer der überfüllten Busse haben zwar immer einen neuen Bus geordert, das hat aber nicht geklappt. Auf den ersten Blick war bei unserem Angebot die Fahrradmiete im Central Park dabei. Wenn man dann aber weiter geklickt hat konnte man lesen, dass man für 19§ das Farrad 3 Stunden mieten kann statt ener Stunde. Im Central Park darf man aber nicht Fahrrad fahren, das wird natürlich nicht erwähnt. Insgesamt denke ich wären wir mit einem Uber günstiger gefahren.

Absolute rip off … Bus was okay until my son got an electric shock through his speakers. Boat tour had very low availability, waited two hours like cattle to be told you couldn’t sit outside on the top deck unless you paid an extra fee. They then loaded everyone standing like cattle on the top deck clearly breaching safety regulations regarding capacity.
Unless you pay extra to sit at the front of the top deck, you will not hear any commentary. We also had a bike tour of Central Park included but that too was also with an extra cost added on when we arrived. It took us all day to do a small tour and a boat ride. Do not use this company!!

Sales lady right outside our hotel.
We wanted to go so there was no pressure to sell. She was so helpful it was unreal.
75 dollars each included the cruise.
New York traffic ensures it's slow progress but that was expected.
Commentary was excellent.
On the bus, off the bus, visit a site (World Trade/ground zero) take in the cruise, 75 dollars well spent. Many many buses to catch.
Probably 6 hours in total.

It was not worth the money for us. The audio commentary was dry and did not cover any historical facts about the city. The red line starts at 8am, however they failed to mention that it does not stop at all stops. We took it early to get to stop 11 (for the liberty cruise), however we were dropped off further and had to walk 30 minutes to the pier.
The blue line is pointless as it only runs still 4pm, and once every hour (which they fail to tell you when selling you the ticket.
I would not do it again.

Reservation mix up had my buying this twice. Bus leaked into the lower deck, I had to wear the ponch or be totally wet. Recorded message incomplete, didn’t announce bus stops.

Hola, vendeis que esto esta disponible en español y es mentira, si tienen los cascos, pero cuando seleccionas cualquier otro idioma lo unico que escuchas durante todo el recorrido es música. Yo he hecho dos tours con este operador y en ninguno de los autobuses pude escucharlo en español. Se agradeceria que no mintieran a la gente vendiendo algo que no tienen, y ya si tal, decidimos los clientes si qieremos hacerlo en ingles o no.
