I prefer the boat tours anyway and if you want great shots, get the last ferry at 4pm….. i did ellis island yrs ago and it was a waste of money

Timing was posted wrong on the website. It was posted as 4pm start time but they did not have any boat leaving at 4pm. Next boat was at 5pm. Made to go from gate to gate twice before someone gave proper information. Even tripadvisor customer care did not have any idea when contacted.

Be careful they are scammers i spent more than 100$ when I arrived to New York they said all cruises are canceled and when I asked about refund they said we can’t refund them our ticket are final sale you cane give them as a gift to a family member and as it was my only day over there so they stole my money, thiefs be careful rather go to circle line than these thiefs

Tried to print tickets to find they were not valid...called and they just told me needed to buy mmore exopensive ones...and NO REFUNDS!

Die gebuchte Tour wurde am Tag der Veranstaltung einfach nicht gemacht. Wir bekamen keinerlei Informationen, dass diese nicht stattfinden wird und es war auch kein Personal am Abfahrtsort anzutreffen. Haben etwa eine Stunde am Steg gewartet aber es kam weder ein Boot noch irgendein Mitarbeiter.
Finde es absolut unfair, dass es so gehandhabt wurde. Immerhin wurde es im Vorhinein gebucht und bezahlt.
Würde diese Bootstour deshalb echt nicht empfehlen!!

The genre of music makes me want to jump ship.
A suggestion would be softer dinner music like jazz or blues or acoustic.
Dance techno music is not meant for dinner, maybe the midnight group.
I never wanted something to end so much.

I was quite scared to be honest after reading so many not good reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! It was a very nice tour and we saw the Statue of Liberty very well as well as the skyline. Very nice tour guide too. We had to wait around an hour though before boarding so put that in your preparation time. All in all, you get what you pay for!

For the price you get what you paid for. If you are looking for a more premium experience skip. If you want something cheap and quick this works.

Very poor, wouldn't leave any stars if there was an option. Waited over an hour past scheduled departure time in -5oc temperature with very poor communication from staff for the boat to arrive, to then be told that the restrooms on board were also out of order. Cruise longer than advertised we couldn't even get on the boat as had prior appointment for what was meant to be special birthday occasion. Would not recommend this company at all! Refund policy doesnt exist either so beware!

Les billets ont été achetés sur Internet la veille… Ils annonçaient une croisière d’1h30 avec un départ 11h00 (obligation d’être au port dès 10h30).
Le bateau est parti à 12h05 pour une croisière de 40 minutes. Aucune information transmise par le personnel sur le moment, service nul...
Bateau bondé...
Je ne recommande pas !
