Ronald communicated well up to the tour start. He was friendly and worked around our needs for the group size and start time. The tour itself was interesting for everyone. Some of us had been to NYC 50 times, some never. Everyone learned something new, and everyone had fun. The weather wasn’t great so we did the tour in a really comfortable and fancy van.

Delivered exactly what we wanted in a tour of the most famous city sites with some great food & stories along the way - tour guide Billy was fun, knowledgeable & accommodated all our requests like a pro

Our family of five toured the city today with Billy. He was absolutely wonderful and customized our day to our interests. We love food and history and he made sure we had plenty of both. This is a great way to get acclimated to the city and make the most of your time. It is worth reiterating that this is a walking tour so plan on getting in your steps. Huge thanks to Billy and Ron for a great day!

We booked the 6 hour by bus and walking tour of NYC, Jennifer was our guide and was AMAZING. She was so so knowledgeable about the surroundings and history. she took us to a few other places not on the list and stragetically walked us through area where there was more points of interest and history and took us to a great restaurant as well. we were able to see so much of NY it was awesome. Jennifer personalized the tour as much as we needed as well. This tour was absolutely the best and highly recommend it!

My husband and I recently visited NYC with our 15 yr old granddaughter. We had a Private 6-hr Subway Tour and a Private Night Tour with Family in New York. These tours were the highlight of our trip! It was like having a relative in NYC. Billy was our subway guide and went out of his way to make it special!! Scott was our night tour guide. They were both fabulous!! I cannot thank Family in New York enough for making our trip unforgettable! I highly recommend having both the Subway tour and the night tour. They give you a wonderful perspective of the city both during the day and at night.

What a great way to see New York - more like a New Yorker! Our guide, Billy, had lived there 20 years and was able to show us around easily. We loved his stories and anecdotes best. Our favorite part was going to some of his favorite spots along with hitting the sites we wanted to see. He asked us at the beginning what we had already seen/done, and we worked around that. Absolutely recommend this tour for people who want to feel more integrated in the city versus just the bird’s eye view. You do walk a lot, so definitely make sure that you’re physically able and have comfortable shoes!!

A brilliant day. Jen our guide was fun, knowledgeable and really friendly. She adapted the tour to suit us and we saw so much of Manhattan in the time we had, it was amazing. We were then able to go and revisit a number of places in the two other days we had in the city. I can’t speak highly enough of this tour, particular as it was our first time in nyc with three teenage kids, who all loved it too. Would highly recommend it.

Our guide Joel, Zero Boy, was and absolutely wonderful tour guide. He tailored the tour to our interests and enabled us to understand the NYC subway system along with our children. We were able to use the subway after our tour to go to Battery Park and take a trip on the Staten Island ferry. Joel gave us wonderful tips and advice that only a New Yorker would know.
I would highly recommend this tour! 10 out of 10!!! Thank you so much Joel! You made our visit to NYC amazing.

The guide Billy was just great. He can speak on any subject we asked him - from plants to places to architecture. He was very interesting because he told stories along with the facts and knew when to stop. Great tour. Even the 14 year old thought it was great. Highly recommend.

My parents wanted to see all the sights of New York. They are Asian and elderly, so I was concerned for their ability to navigate and their overall safety.
I was so glad I went with Family in New York for a private tour! They loved their trip, and it is thanks to the two tour guides they had. I think that overall it is a great value and highly recommend them!

A 4 or 5 hour tour is most the 3 of us to do. We want all the famous stops and will definitely not be able to do all this walking.
