Superbe! Nous n'avions pas planifié notre visite. Nous nous promenions autour vers 16h et nous avons vu qu'il n'y avait pas de queue, pas de file d'attente. Un beau soleil. Rien que prendre l'ascenseur, c'est une attraction...En haut la vue est superbe. Nous avons bu un cocktail au coucher du soleil en profitant de la vue. C'était magique

Decent observation deck that's pretty basic compared to something like The Summit, which is more of an art installation and, as a result, has longer lines and attracts lots of people looking for the perfect shot for social. You'll get some great views of the city at One World Observatory and won't have to queue too long, so a good option if you want something relatively quick without any fuss.

Went late on so didn't need a skip the line ticket. Friendly and very helpful staff at the door.
This review is made after doing a similar trip up Empire State. The two are world's apart.
Our OWO trip did not deliver on the history and build information, or even why the building looks the way it does. We passed through several zones which were clearly aimed at removing more dollars from my wallet, which was disappointing, though maybe I'd have learned more if I'd coughed up for the ipad.
We actually learned much more by taking a river cruise the next day and have our guide tell us all I expected to learn inside the building.
You don't make it outside at OWO, so all photos are taken through glass. By not being in the fresh air, this trip just lacked a sense of excitement - it all felt a bit documentary-ish.
Overall, glad to have ticked the box, but won't be doing it again.

We bought skip the ticket line tickets but there wasn’t a queue. The lift is an experience in itself and the views at the top are breathtaking. It wasn’t too busy so we could wander around and get the full experience. The windows were being cleaned at the time which was terrifying to see! There was a chap giving a talk which was both informative and amusing. We were lucky with the weather as it was sunny and clear so we could see for miles. Well worth visiting

La vue est magnifique, le billet est cher mais ça en vaut le coup.
Dommage que les vitres ne soient pas impeccables pour les photos.
En tout cas pouvoir voir la baie de Manhattan sous cet angle c'est super.
Nous en avons profité pour prendre un cocktail au bar.

Met een snelle lift naar boven en genieten van 360 graden zicht op New York vanaf het hoogste gebouw in de VS. Het was onze tweede poging, een dag eerder was het zo mistig dat je niks kon zien. Omruilen van de kaartjes was geen probleem en snel geregeld. Het gebouw is met zijn uiterlijk en hoogte de blikvanger van de stad, een opgestoken middelvinger richting de terroristen die de Twin Towers neerhaalden.

Excellent view on the whole Manhattan and islands nearby. Wonderful video before your visit helps you to feel atmosphere properly.
There are caffe, bar and also souvenir shop inside. Free wi-fi.
I advise you to buy tickets online - it helps you to avoid queues. Other procedures (bags check and etc) are very fast, so nothing interrupts you before your visit.

This is the main tower which was built to replace one of the World Trade Centre Towers. Words are difficult to express the size and scale of this incredible building. I cannot stress strongly enough that if you have the opportunity take the elevator to the 103 floor to the viewing area. There’s restroom and a cafe on the same floor with a gift shop. A totally amazing experience.

You can buy them online or if you are riding the Big B Bus you can buy them as a package. It’s easy and they print and give them to you right there at the bus.
Do I need to have my own device for the digital guide or the ticket including the device to lend for observation ?

Our ticket did include the Guide. If the guide is the ipad style unit that you hold up to the skyline and it gives you information about various points of interest.. Hope this helps.
