    城市观光的最佳方式!
    在纽约只有3天的时间,我们预订了这次旅行,这让我们快速浏览了所有重要的亮点。这并没有让人失望,我们很喜欢这往返票,可以游览城市。而且我们的导游总是很棒(有趣且见多识广)我们还参加了布鲁克林夜游,这包括在内,我们喜欢在天黑后游览这座城市。这真的是游览这座城市的最佳方式。公车很频繁,但要坐在上面看风景可能是个挑战,因为它太忙了。

    我们用了一整天来游览纽约,并且尝试了随上随下服务。全程共有17站可供随上随下,大多数站点都有人为你上车提供帮助。唯一的问题是在世贸中心,因为百老汇关门了,我们不知道该在哪里上车。因此我们步行去了下一个停靠站点,在那里上了车。这给了我们思考明天观光地点的机会。这是一种游览纽约的好方式。

    脏兮兮的公共汽车还有窗户以及市中心环路上的现场解说员
    我们从澳大利亚订了机票,并打印了纸质版。我们知道价格包括大都会博物馆,但当我们到达时,却必须付钱才能进去。市区的公共汽车很脏,前窗也很脏。为什么有人会坐在楼下,让我很困惑,因为你看不到窗外的广告。我戴着助听器和耳机没什么用,但庆幸的是,我对纽约的地标建筑很熟悉,所以只是在没有讲解的情况下享受这趟旅程。我几乎听不到那个人在市区环线上的讲话。包括随时上下车的人也需要一些关爱。我抱怨在候车厅里只有一个厕所能使用,而摄影师说它总是出故障。总的来说不够好。

    巴士之旅很棒,江船之旅糟透了,整天都没有空闲,工作人员不停地把我们从一个地方拉到另一个地方,最后我们不得不付钱给另一家公司,坐他们的船去参观自由女神像。

    我丈夫和我都相信这个品牌,所以无论我们去哪里,我们都会乘坐红色巴士观光。西班牙,意大利,法国,荷兰,德国,现在是纽约。和往常一样,这是一次很棒的体验,但当我们想要乘坐两天船票提供的游轮时,却非常失望。我们下午16:00这样到达78码头,我的丈夫的生日2019年8月18日,他想在生日当天看到自由女神像,结果却被售票窗口工作人员告知我们来晚了,必须在渡船离开前至少一个小时赶到那里,而且态度也不友好.我们到那儿时渡船还在那儿,但他们拒绝让我们上船。那位带着绿色高尔夫球的先生,就是之前因为不能上船这位经理建议我们如果我们在16:30pm之前到达下一个码头,他就会让我们上船。我丈夫和我急忙叫了一辆出租车,付了20美元到下一个码头,却被那里的官员羞辱和极其无礼地对待。码头上有另一家旅游公司为我们提供了住宿,那家旅游公司非常友好,因为那天是我丈夫的生日,所以免费给了我们他的票,完成了我丈夫的生日愿望.但是我不会向任何人推荐纽约观光之旅中的自由女神像游轮之旅。

    到了布鲁克林那一段,我们下车了。我们上车的时候,被告知说上层没有位子了,我们可以坐在下面,但是下面什么都看不到,因为窗户是有色玻璃,空气不流通。有个非常粗鲁的人说,我们可以经过布鲁克林大桥回到曼哈顿或者坐地铁。我和我的朋友两个人,一个58岁,一个68岁。我们最后坐了地铁。

    我很喜欢;但是
    我们和导游利昂一起去了市区。他很有见地,信息丰富,精力充沛…可以看到所有著名的建筑和地点真是太好了…这部分我会想再来一次;但是下一个部分就不是很喜欢了,因为他决定把巴士之旅作为指控和笑话特朗普的平台,我们经过特朗普大厦之后,他的吐槽就结束了……然后我们决定和一个同样没什么用的导游去上城区旅游,我摘下了耳机,这样我就听不见他说什么了……尽管如此,这趟旅程还是很好,而且物有所值……不过,我还是想知道,那些更贵的公司是否有更好的指南……

    对我们来说还可以
    我们利用这次旅行的机会来了解曼哈顿市中心的概况。我们在时代广场上车时,有一位现场导游。那是星期六早上,顶层还有座位。我们的导游提供的知识点不多。她花了更多的时间指挥司机超车,讲一些不好笑的笑话。她确实给我们展示了一些主要的景点。我们选择在911纪念馆下车。在探索了那个区域之后,我们登上了另一辆公共汽车。那里比较拥挤,但我们终于找到了一个座位。这个导游更好。他提供了更多有用的信息,并没有那么坚持不懈地乞求小费。我们在洛克菲勒中心下车去吃午饭,参观NBC工作室。我们的体验比其他许多人都好。我们还用团购券买到了折扣票。

    不要在这家公司预订
    可怕!选择这家公司是因为他们答应每辆公共汽车上都有讲英语的导游。订了两天的旅行,只遇到了一个英语说得还不错的导游,是来自布鲁克林的汤姆,人很好。我们遇见的第一批导游英语口音很重,我们一个字都听不懂,而且我们并不是唯一听不懂的人。在我们的下一班车上,导游的麦克风坏了。后来我们几乎所有的旅行都没有向导。他们给了我们各种各样的借口来解释这件事——“我们一天的旅行没有导游”,“我不知道导游在哪里,也许他稍后会来”,“我想他可能病了”等等。最后一个司机很粗鲁,当我问我们巴士上有没有导游时,他冲我喊让我下车,等另一辆公共汽车。不幸的是,这是我们最后一天早上,我们没时间等了。再加上每一站都有很多人排队!这真的很扫兴,因为这是我们第一次来纽约旅行,我们真的很想了解这个城市。我们本可以省钱,坐上一辆普通的公共汽车!

    一种游览曼哈顿很棒的方式
    我们买了观光卡所以这几天畅行无阻。尽管在这个旺季,我们还是可以坐在公交的观光席上。所有的上车点都有友好的工作人员。一些导游非常好,一些差那么一点火候。特别是每一个导游都有自己的特色。所以你要能get他的点。小建议:如果你买了几天的观光巴士票,你可以一整天都用这种随上随下的方式来观光。(没必要乘地铁)

I'll start with the bad. My wife and I purchased the 4 attraction pass, and decided to venture out to Woodbury Common. The bus out and ticket process was fine.

However, as soon as I received my electronic tickets, I received an email with amongst other things, the return times back to Manhattan.

Once our shopping trip was complete (bought nothing!!), we stood at the bus stop with other passengers waiting for the bus to arrive.....the time of pickup passed by, and we waited for the next bus.... again no bus arrived.

By this time we were cold and agitated.

We then looked at the official bus operators timetable, and there was a discrepancy between the times listed on their website versus the times listed from the email!!

We weren't prepared to wait for another 1.5hrs, so we ended up sharing an Uber back to Manhattan at a cost of $150usd (split between us and another disgruntled customer).

Have emailed twice and no response, despite their own 48hr sla to respond!!

On a positive, other attractions using the pass included the hop on & off bus, The Rock, The Statue of Liberty cruise & One @ WTC all worked perfectly.

Terrible experience, no customer service, attractions not included, hop on bus broken, i ended up paying more than what the pass promised, returned 3 days ago and still waiting for an answer. This is the worst experencie ever. Go NYCity pass instead.

You will end up paying attractions as you are already there, they will now answer you, they will not honor the commitments, and you will end up frustrated while trying to manage the family expectations. AVOID

1. Edge... all ok. Was a great start with a lot of expectation.

2. Madame Tusseaud - your website fell and was on maintenance. It stated we needed to reserve in advance, it was impossible during the whole day, I contacted you, no answer but an automatic mail saying it would take 1 day to get a customer service. We finally got in, after changing all plans and witouth knowing if we were going to be able to make it. Your site revived when we were there a did the reservation but all plans were sent to garbage.

3. Natural History Museum... as opposed to your site indications ga+1 is not included. Only ga. Kids planned to the additional attraction so had to pay. Your public information is not misleading, is i correct. Had to pay the extras. Lost value on your plans.

4. Hop on/off, big bus. 4 hours to make it to battery park. Bus broken, no notifications, 1 hour waiting inside the bus, we missed the schedule to go to the 90 min circle line as we planned 2 hours (info said 1.5hours) to do the loop. Not 4 hours for 7 stops. Kids almost crying. We decided to step down at battery park and take the ferry to liberty island.

5. As instructed in your app went to the ticket box, and they said that they do not take the passes, particularly the flex. They said you need to get another company. So I had pay 82 usd or would had been a disaster for the family. Your site is very explicit on this attraction. This is fraudulent.

In summary, 80% failures, holidays plans scrapped, and a memorable trip almost ruined... for sure, been writing you for the last 2 days, no answer.

Deduct the edge if you want, but I want a refund for the 2 adults, 2 kids. Tried to use as instructed, tried to communicate and all was very poorly managed and executed on your side.

Please tell me again, how should I proceed to get this refund.

This one is a little different.

I purchased three 4 day passes on 31st January. The payment was successful and I received the email confirmation.

However, I received two additional emails for pass purchase confirmation which were not mine. Even though no money had been taken from my account for these, they were visible on my list of passes on my sightseeing account.

There is more. I then checked my personal details on my account and they were not mine. Somehow, my account had been updated with somebody else's details, but not by me.

I was very concerned by this and emailed info@sightseeingpass.com immediately with the details.

I received a response the next day stating they had been removed from my account, but when checking they were still there. I replied straight away and provided details of this. It's been over five weeks now and the majority of my chase up emails have been ignored with the only update provided is that it's been passed to IT.

Given this is a date security issue, I am shocked how bad the the lack of customer service on this has been.

If by some chance anyone from sightseeingpass monitors these reviews, the reference for my issue is INF00527794. No other information is being shared, as the system should have everything I've provided.

I am sick and tired of sending chaser emails and would like to be contacted directly on the email address linked to the issue on your system.

In just over an hour it allows you to cross the most famous neighborhoods of New York and realize the differences between one and the other. obviously it is a quick route that allows you to understand something without going into too much detail, but the numerous stops allow you to get off and get back on the next bus. I think it is more useful to do it at the beginning of your trip in order to see the areas that are most interesting and then go on foot. One passes every 15 minutes and if you want to opt to stay on the upper floor to see the city better, you need to cover up if you do it in the winter months because it is quite cold. on board you will be given free headphones that you can attach to your seat and hear the story of what you are seeing in the language of your choice. Definitely a very interesting tour especially if you are tired and want to see the city without moving too much.

Unreliable. We had booked a pass for 4 days in New York. The pass did not work for 1 full day due to a computer problem at their company. Emailed 4 times, called, sent via Instagram, Messenger... to ask for an extension of one day so that we could do all the planned attractions. Never had a response. Substandard customer service. Take another company that also offers passes

I am from Australia visiting my son, daughter-in-law and grandson. We went to New York for one day and found this pass in combination with hop on hop off bus. We paid usd144 per person and didn't manage to do a single tour as most tours were unavailable in busy times. As it was busy, standing in line we ran out of time to find out which tour is available. We tried ferry to statue of liberty, cruise on Hudson, world trade Center, empire state Building, all unavailable to use the pass. This company should not sell this ticket in busy times in this case! This is a rip-off and a con. We tried to talk to them but no refund, no help to any compensation. I will definitely let the travel agency in Australia know not to sell this company as they are a rip-off.

DO not purchase the pass. Go elsewhere! there are other companies that do a better job. This company are rogues and should not be allowed to trade.

Purchased these in advance having reviewed the activities I would do and budgeted if it was worth it. However the majority of activities that I wanted to do were either closed in winter, or had black out periods over Dec-Jan which is when we were there. You cannot access this information until after the tickets have been purchased. Additionally a lot of the activities you have to line up on the day to tune the sight pass into a ticket to the location you cannot book in advance online. (such as the rockerfeller). This means you line up early in the day only to find out that they are sold out for the next 5 days buy which time your pass will expire. Huge waste of money. When I contacted them looking for answers, there was no reply.

I bought the pass again at the beginning of the year because I was visiting in December 2022 when I also had this pass, because I knew what to expect and what it could do.

Unfortunately, they have changed and removed a few attractions that I had firmly planned to visit. Therefore, I would highly recommend buying it shortly before the trip and especially reading the small print, as sometimes you only get access with the pass at certain times.

It must also be said that you are put at the back of the queue at attractions with this pass.

Insurance for the pass: only applies if the pass has not yet been used. If you have several attractions and were unable to do one because it was thrown out of the program, nothing will be refunded.

Contact requests have not been answered so far, so rather steer clear!

My recommendation is to book everything individually through GYTG. I did the math and the pass was more expensive than with GYTG bookings.

Purchased passes for a family of 4 but need to cancel as covid hit and didn't end up going. Unfortunately, after calling them today, they refused to extend the expiry date further that was promised by previous operator and only offered $200 discount to repurchase at full price. I don't physically have the passes either.
