    食物不错，环境吵闹
    到这里来休息一下。因为餐厅在较低的楼层，我走不了楼梯，在门口遇到一位特别好的迎宾人员，给我指明了电梯的位置。登记很简单，餐厅也很棒。食物果然不错——又热又好吃。在我看来，唯一的不足是服务。我们的订单给弄混淆了，另外除非你提出要求，否则冰茶是不给续添的。在炎热的天气下奔走一天，如果能来一杯很棒的冷饮，并且能快速的续添，是一件让人觉得很感激的事情。我想我的期望是这里的服务会很出色——在其他地方我们去过的每一家Hard Rock Cafe都有这样的服务。最后一点——如果你不喜欢吵闹的音乐，你应该到别的地方去。在这里很难进行连贯的谈话。

    令人失望的服务
    当我们刚刚到达纽约的时候，我们决定去这个地方。我们很快就座并点单了。一如既往的，它非常热闹。食物要花很长时间才能上来，我们被告知它快来了！我喝了一杯水，不过水加多了，都流到桌子上了，但没有服务员道歉。饭菜还好，但我们会需要调味品。另一个麻烦的是，服务员拿走了信用卡去买单——感觉不好，尤其是在这个时代，这个地方需要加入21世纪并培训它的员工！

    第一次来，应该也是最后一次来了
    慕名而来却很失望，工作人员很多但是没有一点服务意识。坐了20分钟没有一个人上前询问我们有没有什么需求，我们就离开了，太让人失望了。

    纽约的七天之旅，在这里吃过两次晚餐，两次都很满意。服务员很善于恰到好处地拿捏客户需求，东西好吃，他们的纪念品也很有趣。

Rockin good meal time

While touring the heart of Times Square, our group stopped in for dinner one fall evening. It was a full house that night with a 45 minute wait, so we got some drinks by the bar while waiting. Once seated in a booth in the main dining area, checking out the rock memorabilia and rock videos playing throughout was nice and interesting. Our orders took quite a while to arrive since it was pretty busy that night, which was slightly inconvenient. The burgers and chicken were good and the loaded nachos plate with peppers were very good and large enough to have leftovers. We had a pretty good time at Hard Rock NYC despite the wait time.

Estuve allí el sábado pasado con amigas el finde del 3 de diciembre y cuando llegue a Sevilla me encontré dos cargos a mi tarjeta, uno era correcto, el otro de una cantidad superior, no procede, me lo cargaron a la hora del almuerzo el mismo día, cuando yo estuve por la noche.
Lo puse en conocimiento de mi banco, que me dijeron que era un fraude.la camarera, aunque le insistimos en la factura, nos hizo pagar en la caja sin mostrarnos el recibo antes. El importe fraudulento era superior al que yo consumí.ya esta en manos de mi banco.
Nueva york es un sitio carisimo y es obligatorio la propina que ya te la incluyen en el importe a pagar.
Espero que se me devuelva.
La tarjeta ya esta bloqueada, porque esta claro que la utilizaron sin mi autorización

Good venue for gigs that’s about it tho
Horrific service, food was disgusting and took well over an hour and a half for two ceaser salads when I tried to cancel the food at the bar the bad man didn’t want to acknowledge it was taking too long then disappeared for a good 20 mins when the food arrived we said to the waitress we tried to cancel it a long while back and she basically said lump it or leave it regardless we’d have to pay.

Mini kiss was good though

Cold food

The service was good but the food was cold and when we returned it, it still came out cold but we couldn’t send it back again as we had booked tickets to Empire State Building. When I challenged the bill they took a starter of the bill for 8 people and the manger was no where to be seen.

Quelle ambiance ! A voir absolument; des couleurs, des lumières, de la musique, et puis , le big mac à goûter absolument , avec un grand verre de coca ; j'ai bcp aimé ce lieu.

OK but not as good as it has been

We've eaten at several Hard Rock Cafes around the World (including this one before) but it really didn't seem to have an atmosphere. We were in a party of 12 from England and they placed us out of the main area despite there being seats more central and the service was slow. We had told the waitress we were off to the Theatre and only just made it.

Overall it was ok but we felt they need to have more energy in the restaurant to make it a better experience.

gli hard rock cafe , ne ho visitati molti in giro per il mondo, hanno un pregio principale : sai esattamente cosa aspettarti . il cibo e' sempre sullo stesso standard direi buono se vuoi mangiare quel tipo di cucino con hamburger in evidenza e diverse novità anche per i non amanti della carne. Questo in Times Square mi e' piaciuto per l'ampia sala , la velocità e la gentilezza nel servizio . per il resto come sempre , garanzia . PS come in tutta NY prezzi eccessivi

Para mitómanos.

El local está muy bien ambientado , es bonito y es muy grande. Para mitómanos . Está lleno de recuerdos, no se si auténticos, de grandes figuras de la música.
La atención es normal. La comida: hamburguesas y patatas fritas normales, postre de chocolate híper dulce. Es lo que esperas de un sitio así .Ni decepciona, ni sorprende por su calidad. Lo que fue malísima, fue la cerveza. No se si en USA es costumbre tirarla sin una gota de espuma, pero la nuestra fue así. Horrorosa.
Como he dicho al principio, para mitómanos, que buscan ir al famoso Hard Rock de Times Square y comprarse una camiseta. Si quieres comer y beber bien , búscate otro sitio. Aquí normalito.

Deludente
Siamo stati in questo posto la nostra prima sera a NY.
Proviamo ogni Hard Rock delle città che visitiamo e devo dire che questo mi ha deluso molto.
Pur avendo una bella location, il cibo è davvero deludente.
Molto molto fast food per la sua qualità, dozzinale a prezzi altini.
Abbiamo preso nachos, hamburger e pollo grigliato con insalata.
Nachos mollicci, hamburger deludente e troppo pieno di salse.
Il pollo immangiabile, era secchissimo, l’insalata sapeva solo di soia.
Non lo consiglio!
