Nice ride at a budget price
适合时间充裕、有预算考量的旅行者。
我们两人搭乘GO Airlink NYC从饭店到JFK,一个人费用21.78USD,一台车连同我们,总共是6个人。网路预约很方便,介面也很清楚简单,一天前预约即可,因为是共享的小巴,建议时间不要抓太紧,提早在约定地点(饭店)门口等待,美国人坐巴士都提早去排队的,他们的司机也不会等人的。
我们是同车中最后上车的一组,行车时间很快,一小时就到JFK了,比预期还早到达机场,可以很轻松安排后续的报到。

Je tiens à dénoncer une arnaque j’ai réserver un taxi de l’aéroport New York jfk à mon hôtel à Manhattan j’ai fais plusieurs réclamations afin de me faire rembourser car la compagnie a encaissé de l’argent mais n’est jamais venu me récupérer j’ai dû repayer un taxi jaune sur place
Il m’on répondu après plus e-mail et tél que j’avais pas été au rdv trop facile alors que oui
Il me bloque a mes e-mails au tél etc
J’ai même de la famille au état unis qui on tel a l’agence et la hotline mais rien il font pareil la bloque e-mail et tél
C’est une compagnie pas sérieuse du tout

Plus jamais je vais déposer plainte

we booked a private car from our Central Park hotel to JFK.
our car was booked for 8 am.
8.10am - there was still no sign of the car. our doorman at the hotel helped us call GoAirlink. Dispatch told us the driver was already at the hotel?!! our doorman ran down the road to check. no car in sight.
8.20am- we called GoAirlink again. This time the driver was put through directly with us and he was shouting that he was on the way and complaining about accidents on the road. no apologies.
At 8.30am we would have cancelled the booking but we had already pre-paid. Despatch was not helpful and the driver continued to insist he’s around the corner.
around 8.35-8.40 am the car finally showed up. The driver was not apologetic for making us wait . Instead, he was complaining about traffic and making excuses about leaving his house early and it’s not his fault. He was so rude that even our doorman told him off and said that the least the driver could have done was first apologise to us for the stress of waiting 35 mins when we have an international flight to catch. to which the driver said - no problem. we only need 40 mins to clear customs?!!!
we paid USD143 for the ride, which was inclusive of all tolls, taxes, gratuity. there was supposed to be a “meet and greet” service - what we got was a rude driver and an uncomfortable overpriced ride. we were told that a yellow cab would have cost $65 and our hotel car $95
Will never use this company again. There are much better options in NYC.

I booked a private transfer from the airport to hotel and exactly the same again for the return journey. All booked and paid for before arriving in NYC. The journey from the airport to Manhattan was good; he was late due to traffic BUT the car was what I ordered and he was very apologetic and very pleasant during the trip so I was happy to let that go.
However on the RETURN trip; we were picked up in a shared van even though I had booked a private SUV with a direct transfer to the hotel. The van again was 30 minutes late and I spent the majority of our ride to the airport on the phone to customer services getting absolutely no where. They could see that we should be in a private SUV as per my order but couldn’t understand why we were in a shared van.
I arrived at the airport and finally I thought I had reached someone that was going to help, I cannot believe I was so gullible. He said “it is our mistake, we are genuinely so sorry that this has happened and we would like to organise a refund for the return journey. Enjoy your flight home and we will call you to arrange once you’re home.” Well what a mug I was and how conniving of the operator. I still have NOT received a phone call or a refund - I am disgusted by the treatment we have been shown from the company and that absolute deliberate “mistake” so that they can make as much money as possible.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - do not give them any more money!!!!

I booked a private sedan for a 2:45pm pick up from my Manhattan hotel to JFK and on the morning of the 5th I called to confirm that all was in order.
At 3pm the car still had not arrived. I called their Dispatch who advised that the driver was running late but should be there shortly as he was only 3 streets away. He also advised me to look for a Black Lincoln and that there would be signage on its dash.
We kept looking for this car but did not see it. I even went outside and walked up and down the street. Over 15 minutes past, I called Dispatch back and he said the driver is in front of the hotel. Only then do I see that there is a vehicle there - but not in front of the hotel door but further down the street. It was also not a Black Lincoln, it was a grey coloured (Toyota I think) car. Only then did I see the signage on the dash.
The driver came out of the car once I waved at him. I asked him why he was so late, and he said he had been sitting there for at least 10 minutes. I said we were told to look for a black Lincoln. He said that it wasn’t his fault dispatch gave me the wrong car information. I asked why he didn’t come into the hotel to find us. He said he was “not allowed” to leave the vehicle. I was floored by his answer.
Then I asked if he saw me coming out and looking around, he said yes. I said why didn’t he identify himself or ask if I was looking for him? He said it was not up to him to find me, it was up to ME to find him. I could not believe this kind of attitude. I didn’t want to argue with him I just told him to drive as we were now almost 45 minutes past our scheduled pick up time and we have a flight to catch. On our way out of downtown, while switching lanes he almost got into an accident with another vehicle, and he called out “F**king a*hole” to the other driver.
This was my first time using AirLinkNYC as I found them on the internet. My experience was absolutely unacceptable. It was a rainy day so I can understand a little lateness due to traffic, but the driver’s attitude was deplorable, especially saying it was MY FAULT that I didn’t find his car. And when he swore at another driver for almost running into him, at that point I felt completely unsafe in that vehicle.
I paid US$150.37 for this service, which BTW is a major rip-off - my hotel told me they only charge $65 for the trip in a private car. To make matters worse, part of the fee included $15 for Meet and Greet fee which was a joke, as the driver neither met nor greeted me. And I was also automatically charged a gratuity of $9.10 when the driver deserved ZERO dollars. I wrote to the company with my complaint immediately afterwards. I realized that they did perform the service and got me to the airport, so I’m not expecting a full refund but asked for 50% back. They refused, saying they weren’t able to process refunds “because the service has been completed”. What a bunch of crock. How could I have possibly made a complaint BEFORE the service was completed?
I understand that bad service happens once in a while. But a company who brags on their website that they are “the most trusted shuttle”, that their customers can “expect reliable, safe and efficient service provided by a team of professionals with a hospitality culture”, and that they “value customer satisfaction and love to exceed expectations”, isn’t living up to a single promise. And worse, they don’t even take the responsibility to make things right after a reasonable request.
I will NEVER book this company again and neither should you.

Si vous voulez rater votre avion vous faites le bon choix ! J’ai vu les commentaires sur la navette collective mais nous , nous avons réservé un transfert privé en SUV à 200$ ! Le chauffeur est arrivé avec 45min de retard sans excuses en nous expliquant qu’il connaissait son métier et qu’on ne raterait pas notre avion , en plus pas très stressé et pressé pour mettre les valises dans le coffre et pareil à l’arrivée à l’aéroport , ‘est mon mari qui a sorti les 4 valises alors que le chauffeur avait à peine fait le tour du véhicule ! Go airlink ne nous a meme pas appelé pour nous prévenir du retard , nous avons du appeler 5 fois pour savoir ou en était le chauffeur , apparemment des embouteillages , ce dont je ne doute pas a New York mais je pense que le chauffeur n’avait pas pris les devants et anticipé ces bouchons pour arriver 45 min après … du coup on n’a pas raté l’avion mais on est arrivé seulement 1h40 avant le décollage , ce qui est limité pour un vol international et tout s’est fait dans l’urgence évidemment…donc SOCIETE peu professionnelle surtout pour un départ pour l’aéroport où on sait que le timing est compliqué en ce moment entre le Covid et controles bagages … je ne recommande pas …

This was booked via BA on my 1st trip to NYC from Uk, never had a call/text/email to confirm my taxi/shuttle trip back to JFK,
so the hotel contacted these direct in the morning, who after about 10 minutes confirmed a pick up time of 4.25pm, waiting since 4pm just in case early, at 4.45pm no show!!!
The hotel called them up which took about 25mins for this company to tell us there only 2 people working in dispatch and we spoke to Mickey!!,
they really backed up and if not there in 10 minutes, go get a taxi and pay again!!!! We contact BA about a refund, still no contact from them as want confirmation about refund and no show to go back to BA for my refund as I had to pay $85 to get to airport!!!!
Seems to be lots of bad reviews please stay away or just pay on the day or get a train

Beware SCAM service. If you want to get anywhere do yourself a huge favor and don't use them. Ordered a private van for 7 people for 8pm. The driver never showed up and never called to say he is late or not coming. At 8:30pm we called them. They were rude and totally unhelpful. It was raining. I managed to stop 3 taxis for everyone. We barely made it to the flight. I was soaking wet. to add insult to injury - I called them when I got home and their infuriating reply was that they provided the service and no refund is due. After many calls with them, they promised a refund. Still didnt get it.

Booked for my wife and I to travel from JFk into Manhattan following our Thursday PM flight. I thought this would be more convenient that the AirTrain/LiRR option but alas not. No fault of Go Airlink to be fair - they were very easy to locate having gone through baggage collection and had our details but a bit frustrating to then find out we had to wait 25 mins for collection. We then had to make 3 other collections from other terminals before heading on for manhattan and then hit no stop traffic for the next 1 1/2 hours - we were then the penultimate drop off so it was 2 1/2 hrs from signing in Go Airlink to arriving at our hotel.
I accept that this is just luck of the draw but helped us decide to take LiRR and then Airtrack going back which was much easier and took less than an hour for less money.

thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. As you yourself recognise, the nature of the shared ride service is such that multiple passengers need to be picked up and dropped off which means a longer journey time and more stops for passengers. The route we use is always the shortest one which takes the least amount of time, and naturally some passengers will be dropped off first, and some last.

Booked a private shuttle from Midtown hotel to Newark airport about 36 hours before we needed it. Confirmation email was instant and another reminder arrived around 24 hours prior to trip. Driver arrived about 20 minutes prior to agreed time. I was checking out of hotel at the time and he did not rush us at all. Vehicle was great. Plenty of room for our excessive luggage and cost the same as an Uber XL would've cost. Was hesitant to use because of some of the reviews on here but I would definitely us Go Airport Shuttle Private transfers again.
