The tour was brilliant! Liz was a great tour guide - friendly and very knowledgeable. Whilst the focus is obviously about ghosts, we also learnt a lot about New York and thoroughly enjoyed walking around places we would not have seen had we not gone on the tour. It was definitely one of the highlights of our visit to New York and I can't recommend highly enough.

The tour was awesome! Rory was a great tour guide and we learned a ton of rich history about Greenwich Village and loved the spooky aspects that went with them. Would definitely recommend this tour if you’re into ghost tours and/or the history of NYC!

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. As lovers of history we appreciated our knowledgeable tour guide as she was both entertaining and very interesting. We were joined by people from the UK, Ireland, LA, Pennsylvania, and our home state of Ky. Luckily the weather was perfect. Notice the “orb” on the tree.

Muchas gracias al guía Orlando, muy puntual y nos llevó por zonas de la ciudad que sin sus explicaciones no habría sabido, habría pasado por allí, pero sin saber las espeluznantes historias que nos contó. Una pena que nos llovió bastante y fue la única tarde/noche que lo hizo estando en New York, mucha suerte y además con buena ropa de abrigo se lleva bien. Las explicaciones estuvieron muy bien y Orlando muy amable.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS - SCAMMERS.
I am a teacher and booked this trip with a lovely lady over the phone. She was also our tour guide and was great. As I was using my personal credit card for a school group booking I made sure that I asked lots of questions regarding the credit card info being taken. It was made very clear to me that it would only be used if we didn’t show up, so I decided on trust to share the info.
We received confirmation and on t he confirmation it said that as a group booking we would be charged a % gratuity. This was fine so at the end of the tour we gave the tour guide a healthy tip based on the guidance.
3 weeks later I noticed on my credit card statement a 100 dollars had been taken from my account. I respectfully argued my case with the company and hit an absolute brick wall. This was the last reply I received. Absolutely shocking and unreasonable approach to customer service.

You said you weren’t going to argue with me about this. If you have an issue take it up with your credit card company as we will not be arguing with you about this.

I am left with no choice but to leave this review. I was met with pure attitude and intransigence. My request was reasonable and a simple conversation with the tour guide to confirm what I was saying should have sorted it. As a result I would never use this company again and would encourage others not to either.

Hello,
We just wanted to clear up any confusion this review may leave people with. We have a very standard policy for gratuities. When you book for 8 or more there is an added 15% gratuity. When you booked you agreed to this policy. You checked a box agreeing to this multiple times. Then when you discovered we did indeed follow our policy you threatened our office staff on a daily basis with verbal abuse and legal action. All our transactions are done legally and we are very upfront with all our policies. We suggest you don't sign up for something without reading what you are signing up for OR reading the TWO confirmations sent to you.

Great tour, super interesting. Gabby’s energy, enthusiasm, and fabulous storytelling skills (which were so good that she’s ruined Greenwich Village for me) made the tour very special. Best birthday present ever!

You are on your feet for the duration of the tour; however, there are many places where the tours stops so a certain landmark or house is described because it being haunted. So you get a little break, but to sit down- nothing like that.

Yes, no problem at all. The tour is more informative than scary, depending on your imagination, and if you believe in ghosts or not .
