One day tour to Niagara Falls

Trip went well, it was safe and comfortable, well organised . Several stops for food and toilet. Time spent on the road Worths it as waterfalls are really beautiful , especially in the evening with lights on

Niagara Falls

The bus was late to pick us up due to a traffic accident,the tour lasted 23 hrs ,the bus was extremely uncomfortable for travelling in fir such a long distance and the t8me spent on the bus
The stops were adequate ,the drivers were informative enough Mathew guides were brilliant at Niagara Falls and ensured everyone got to see and do everything that they wanted to do

Cancelaron la reserva un día antes y no hay claridad del reembolso
Acaban de cancelar mi reserva un día antes.. me llegó un correo diciendo que harán reembolso pero pagué por 3 personas USD 630 y me llegó un correo indicando que me reembolsarán USD 0.. no entiendo, nadie responde y cancelan un día antes! Cuando el viaje lo teníamos planeado desde Colombia! Con quién debo hablar?

Ho scelto questo tour perché era l’unico che mi permetteva di viaggiare in notturna e di sfruttare al massimo la mia permanenza a NY. Sono stati puntualissimi e super organizzati, abbiamo fatto sosta ogni due ore. Arrivati abbiamo fatto il giro in barca e poi un piccolo tour con la guida inglese (bravissimo, disponibilissimo!). Peccato per il bus, vecchio e parecchio scomodo per un viaggio così lungo.

Great value for Money;

Agency operates different tours on weekdays with different start and end time. Ours started at 7 am and ended 6 Am next day.
Pro: Focused on Niagara, included Mist tour and walking tour; Fun and helpful guides Richard and Brian
Cons: Driver of the bus are not able to communicate basic instructions in English(can use boards/printouts)
Guide did not educate to carry the Poncho with us when rains were regular phenomenon. Half the group ended up drenched during walking tour

The bus and the tour guide were both great! I had an amazing time. The bus lost air conditioning on part of the drive back but overall amazing experience

The review from 2019 was right!
As the title says the old review is dead accurate. I did the math before we left our hotel, the drive is roughly 7+ hours each way. We assumed it would be a tour bus, because normal people assume it would be a bus for such a long trip. When the driver arrived, the 2 of us and the other 9 people attending raised the issue of the van not being a bus. The driver made a point to say we be unable to obtain a refund, and explained that the booking states a smaller group gets a smaller vehicle. Upon reviewing the booking on viator, it does say, after going through multiple sub menus and fine print paragraphs that "vehicle is dependant upon group size." That's it, all it says. We asked the driver how many people fit in the van. 14. How many people do we have? 11. How many to get a bus? 12. Convenient that. Also, when bringing up the covid safety issues of having 12 people jammed together WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING FOR VACCINATION STATUS OF THE PASSENGERS, he replied that covid meant fewer bookings, so it wasn't cost effective for them to give more space. Given it cost $400+ for us already, rather than waste the money we masked up, sanitized and rode on. The driver was as described, fast, hit lots of bumps, and was actually late picking us up for the return. He wore a mask, but not when he was eating. Which would be ok, but he was eating sunflower seeds. For hours and hours and hours. So he basically didn't wear a mask. The guide at the falls was nice, didn't blow my mind but he did a good job explaining, directing, etc. We cut off from the tour shortly after the boat ride, the rest of the tour was a couple miles of walking to see the falls from various angles. We're lucky we did split off, as everything on the u.s. side of the falls is kind of sad and closes really early. The sponsored shops were closed while we We're there,, and by 6pm, the shops and restaurants nearby were all pretty much done, except Hard Rock. I'll make a separate review for the saddest hard rock ever. The ride back was essentially the same cramped painful ride as the outgoing trip. To sum it all up, you could just rent a car for less money, and have a much better trip. Even a greyhound would be more cost effective and pleasant a ride. I DO NOT recommend this trip (and I don't think they really have a bus).

Dear fred h We list all the important information about the tour very accurate and precise. There is no sub menus and fine print paragraphs. We feel sorry that you did not take the time to read the description of the tour. Per CDC guidelines we are not required or ever stated that we will check vaccination status of the travelers. That is why we travel in small groups. We believe that traveling with 10 other passenger brings less risk than travelling with 54. Regarding the ride and the bumps on the road- we would love to have smooth and brand new roads but that is out of our reach and we use state roads which are sometimes bad sometimes good and most of the time average. The drivers are strictly monitored by GPS device and they NEVER drive faster than the speed limit. And as last we would love to invite you in better times when this pandemic is behind us to experience some others highly rated tours and the great fleet of vehicles we have.
