It is called Maddison square garden when it’s actually a circle I find this very offensive to people who like squares because if they want to go they think it’s a square but it’s actually a circle I’m leaving a 1 start for this terrible built building

This is a must do for any sport, entertainment or music fan. You get pretty much all access to changing rooms, dressing rooms, corporate boxes and high up seating where you have a quick VR experience.
Only bit of negative feedback is that the VR headsets do not give great quality footage.

The tour itself was very interesting, but the organization of the entire thing was horrible. Because we booked through TripAdvisor, we were unable to select a time slot. I called several lines at Madison Square Garden to try and reserve a time over the phone, but I was not allowed. Instead, once I went through security, I waited in. 3 wrong lines before being told where to go to secure a time spot for my tour. When I finally got in line, I had to wait over an hour for the next available tour. It was more stress than needed.

We had a great time on the all-access tour. This is a must do for visitors to NYC! From a first hand view from the suits to a virtual experience that you will always remember add this stop to your things to do list.

The tour was done very well showing historical events with dates & pictures around the ceiling of the stadium as well as explaining the size, structurally unique characteristics, & modern capabilities of the place. Also enjoyed the VR presentation & trivia of events at the Garden.

This was a fun tour, even for someone who isn't an avid sports fan. I am bad with names (the tour guide was Brittish) but our guide was amazingly energetic and obviously loved his job. Learned about the history of many of the different events that took place in this iconic venue. The walking was easy and it was very quiet as we were there on a Sunday morning for the first tour. I highly recommend going early as we tried to do this tour on a different trip but it is on a first come first serve basis and, depending on the season, you might not be able to get a spot. They even have a short virtual reality view and some games to play. Good for all ages.

We enjoyed this tour. It was well organised and the guide was good. The only reason we didn’t give it full marks is because we couldn’t visit the locker rooms because the rangers were playing that night.

Excellent tour of the historic venue, with plenty of info and facts. The Garden is amazing, seeing inside for real was amazing.
