    我曾经和家人一同到过纽约，从上空观赏纽约的风光一直都是我的一个愿望。在一个完美的天气，我们决定预订一次。如果我能够进行这种体验的话，我想要选择最好的旅行社。所以我为30分钟的飞行付了最高昂的费用。曼哈顿上空的壮观景色真的没有令我失望。非常值得，但是13分钟之后我开始感到害怕，飞行员就带着我们返航了。所以我完全鼓励你飞到上空去看看曼哈顿，但不要买最贵的那个行程。我感觉太费钱了。不过我们全程都很安全，也许是我太严苛了吧。

    相当好玩
    我们定了15分钟的短途飞行，还有两个座位。这次体验超级好，虽然不便宜（234美元/人），但是绝对超值。这家公司的直升飞机比它的竞争对手运营的小，但是实际上这样更好，因为装不几个人就满了。我们三个人一排，中间的那个人（我）就可以欣赏到两边窗外的景色。

    工作人员很友好
    不建议残障人士来坐，就算是我在直升机发动以后都有点难以保持正常行走。而且在下机的时候还伤到了腿。在上面景色很好，但老实说我更喜欢坐游船时候看到的景色。而且你也没办法像广告图片上一样离自由女神像那么近。我觉得性价比有点低了。

    一种绝妙的去纽约的方式

    上次在海行网跟团去玩的，只进去了自由女神的内部参观了一下，本来想去直升飞机游的，但是被告知需要预约，时间有限只能放弃了，真的是遗憾。

    难以置信的经历
    为了庆祝我太太的50岁生日。当我们还在英国的时候，我提前在网上预订了。我发了一封询问最佳飞行时间的邮件，几乎是秒回。回信里向我推荐了傍晚（因为这个时候太阳落山了）。很棒的通话，拍照的灯光也很好。操作也非常专业，充分保证了乘客的安全，也没有破坏这次经历。真的十分享受。谢谢你们。

    从一开始，完成这个项目就一直是我行程的重中之重。前台和飞机起飞降落点的职员非常友好。爱尔兰的那位机师非常棒，他知道河道边的景观和历史的一切。这座城市的景观真是难以置信的美，你和自由女神像、埃利斯岛都很近，还可以看到著名的曼哈顿天际线和中央公园。来纽约的必做项目！！！！！

    不可思议！
    是的，它很贵，但它是最令人兴奋的，而且全程都是奇妙的。我们订了19分钟，但总共很容易就有25分钟。埃里克船长是非常博识而且非常和蔼可亲的。在曼哈顿内或上面，这是很简单，但也是最神奇的事情。

Very good, a little bit cramped because of space but overall very good experience and I would recommend this to anyone wanting to see New York from the sky.

Nie wieder! Absolut unprofessionell mit dem wiegen... Wir sind mit 4 Personen geflogen und hatten durch die Bank ca. 15 kg mehr als 3 Tage zuvor noch zu Hause! Dadurch musste eine Person von uns einen extra Platz kaufen! Bei dem Hinweis darauf bekam man nur zu hören, das wäre ja nicht schlimm das man zu schwer wäre, man sei ja schließlich im Urlaub!!! Was soll man dazu noch sagen.... 229 Dollar zusätzlich weil die Waage nicht stimmt oder der Platz ist weg. Wir wissen das stand in den Regeln, aber wenn man zu Hause noch kontrolliert das man drunter ist und dann beim wiegen 30 Pfund mehr hat ist das echt unschön oder besser gesagt eine Frechheit! Ansonsten eine tolle Sache, nur das hat das Erlebnis echt extrem runter gezogen! Sehr sehr Schade!!!!

It states on the website that the maximum weight per passenger is 250 pounds. It is for passengers safety and FAA regulations that is why we weight all passengers, you flew with 4 people instead of 6. You were 30+ pounds over the weight limit.

Avoid this company at all costs

I am writing a review just to make you understand what you are actually paying money for when booking with this company.

Extremely rude staff, no smiles, "Hi" or "Bye", they shout at each other in front of you and shout at you as well if you arrive late.

They tell you to come 45 minutes earlier and charge $50 dollar extra if you arrive 15 minutes late and a $100 if you arrive half an hour late.

Just to make you understand you will have to spend at least 1 full hour to come there from NYC (you have to get a train and then pay another $20 to take an Uber from the station cause it's the only way to reach them). So you lose half-day for 20 minutes helicopter ride and pay extra $50/$150 to ride with them. SO they are NOT as cheap as you may think at first.

YOU CANT cancel if you have a last-minute issue cause they don't issue ANY refunds. And they will not re-schedule if you cancel less than 48h in advance, so you ll just lose your money.

Stuff was utter unprofessional, solving their personal issues in front of me and treating people extremely rude and ignorant.

I had a nosebleed that day on the way to the helicopter ride and because if that arrived late. Despite my health condition they refused to make any exceptions and charged me $100 late fee and the blond American lady (who looked like the only manager who was there) was screaming at me and behaving very very rude.

Having worked in this industry myself, to see something like this was just shocking. All this creates such a dreadful impression of the company image that I am genuinely surprised how they still operate with such a low level of customer service.

If you are a boss of this company and reading this review, please take a closer look at the people you put to run/manage the company. Cause the blond American lady I was dealing with, apart from being extremely rude with people that pay your company money, was literally calling all other stuff idiots in front of me. I have never ever seen something like this in my life.

If you are a customer, please consider other companies instead. At least they will not spoil all the impression from the ride and in fact, you'll pay the same money, even if you feel like you are overpaying a bit in comparison with this company.

None of the staff was wearing masks.

The helicopter pilot was nice as well as the photographer, but that's about it

You checked in 13 minutes before your flight you were late and got charged a late fee. As for your condition of a nose bleed you never called to say you were running late nor did your condition deter you from taking your tour. The office manager was doing her job, you were verbally rude because you had to pay the late fee. It is customer Responsibility to read and follow directions and courtesy to call when running late.

Ultimate experience if u like slumming it.
Passion less pilot, rude ground staff, crampt Covid facilities, late, "ultimate experience" had more in common with a run down subway ride.

No refund, we love that!

I rate this not even a 1 star. I leave 2 hours prior & I get a call telling me not to come. Wasted $790 FOR THE RIDE on top of a reservation I made nearby not counting that. OH but $790 was just what I lost.. let me not count the $250 I was taking TO THE PLACE before I got the call to not show up and a laugh in my face. You can thank a gentlemen on the phone for ruining my experience.. and then the whole company for no refunds!! Very VERY professional..NOT. Way to make me miss home and not want to come back to this state.

Your check in time was 45 minutes before departure flight when you did NOT show up or called we called you and you told us that you were not coming. It specifically says on the booking there are NO REFUNDS on flights that customer don't show up to.

Destroying the peace of mind of Manhattan resident.

This is not a review for the helicopter ride. This is a frustrated parent having to live in lower Manhattan in the flight path of these noisy polluting helicopters flying ALL DAY and NIGHT past our windows, and right over the waterside parks where our kids play and go to school. The whole city has tried to regulate these tours to no avail due to the air-space being controlled by the FAA.

If you are a tourist reading this, please please do read about the negative impact your few minutes of fun are having on literally millions of people who cannot get a moment's peace in their own homes. It is extremely distressing. And 98% of helicopter flights are tourist flights.

I humbly beseech you all...please read up and please please avoid taking a helicopter tour. There are so many ways to enjoy our great city, without destroying the peace of mind of the residents and their children. My thanks.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to get a better view of the city. I took my girlfriend on one of their tours for her birthday, we both loved it and it was such an amazing experience. The staff was wonderful and they even upgraded our flight for no extra charge.

Nick was an amazing pilot and was very knowledgeable about the city. He also nicknamed my son "eagle eyes". I am glad we pulled the trigger on the trip, while it was expensive, it was worth every single penny!!!
