Had an amazing time with my best friends from college on a jet-van tour yesterday!
Driver was really nice and helpful and besides a rainy weather, he made it a lot of fun and we enjoyed champagne service and interior like nothing else!
We were able to put music, customize the tour, drive around and have some stops for quick snacks.

We got picked up from the airport we’re taken to our hotel and decided to book a Christmas lights service with the same company it was an overall amazing experience with amazing drivers and customer service would definitely recommend

We had very nice time by cursing around New York City in a stunning limo. Name of the company speaks itself - we felt like King and Queen. The driver Dressed in a suit, last model limousine, service on top (open door, bottle service, personal attention).

The limo was immaculate. Very nice.
We had a bump in the road in the beginning bc there was confusion on what counted as luggage and if they could fit the luggage in the limo. They eventually worked with us and we got it figured out the day before—little stressful.
The website says champagne is included but they told us it would be $75.
Last—I was under the impression that we were getting an actual tour and guide—someone who could tell us about cool restaurants and historical facts, take photos and give us pointers to the city. We did not get that. He did take a few photos which was great. Had I known, I would have just booked a regular limo and not the “experience.” Our driver was very nice and professional but spoke no English at all. It was impossible to communicate. I asked questions and he did not know what I was saying. He would show us a list of places but he was working from the bottom of the list on his phone and we were reading from the top so we were very confused the first 2 stops. He would stop at a location but we didn’t know where we were or where we should walk to and he couldn’t explain. We were also hungry and wanted to grab some street food to eat outside the limo but we were not able to explain so the kids were just very hungry. We were instructed no food inside the limo as well. We needed a restroom at one point and he just shook his head, I’m not sure if there wasn’t one near or he didn’t understand. At the stops, he just pointed in a direction and we would walk not knowing where we were going or how long we should take. I wish I would have thought to use a translator app but with 7 of us, it was too chaotic and I didn't think of it.
It was definitely not the experience I was expecting based on other reviews but overall I think this is a good quality company.

Had an amazing experience with this company couldn't have asked for better limo or the driver. The limo was super clean and the driver was pro he know his job. Thank you so much would definitely recommend to all!

Hi! My Fiance and I will be on honeymoon in May and have a 15 hour stop over in JFK before flying off again. We land at 7:15 p.m. and fly out at 10 a.m. the next morning. We were hoping to arrange a private tour that could collect us from the airport, bring us to a few sights and then drop us back to the airport.
