Mohammed was very nice and accommodating. He gave us lots of information and allowed several breaks for pictures and a cool drink/ice cream break. Jack (the horse) was pretty jumpy but Mohammed was able to keep him under control. He totally enjoyed his carrots after we finished our trip. Thanks again for an unforgettable experience!

Great trip through park. Stopped 3 times for photos. The historic commentary by our driver Niko made the difference. Not cheap but worth the cost.

Booked for wife's birthday and took two teen daughters with us. The ride was on time and comfortable. Atakan, the driver was very professional, polite, and informative of the Central Park's history, all the movies filmed there, including the surrounding area, and notable buildings. He also texted prior to make sure we met in the right location.
We were able to stop and get pictures multiple times along the way and also one with our horse Victor who was well behaved. This including a 5-minute stop to walk and see the Bethesda Terrace Tunnel (which is stunning in person). There was a violinist and cellist playing Christmas music that sounded amazing, as if there was an orchestra playing. To me this was the highlight of the journey through the park.
I would recommend booking through trip advisor since there are many scams on-line and in person. I would also recommend this trip and company to anyone who wants to see Central Park and all it offers.

Beautiful way to see Central Park. Driver allowed us to get off and take pics at different sites. Would definitely recommend making reservations thru Trip Advisor as it is cheaper than hiring driver on the spot.

Our driver was Atakan. We set off promptly, were shown interesting sights and Atakan explained the history. We stopped for 2 photo opportunities where he took group photos for us. Enjoyed the experience.

Niko was professional and knowledgeable. He shared some interesting stories and pictures with us during our ride which we would not have known otherwise. Overall a pleasant and relaxing experience.

I have been to NY City a couple of times but this was my firs visiting Central Park. The carriage ride was the perfect way to experience this for the first time! We had a friendly and knowledgeable driver, he made the experience that much better! I totally recommend this company.
