I'm 67 years old and arguably the best food I've ever had in my life.
I accidently booked the wrong date, and the 800 number would not change . However, Octavia at the sales office right by the boat was able to fix. I really appreciated her efforts!

The experience was amazing. Went for my wife birthday. Server we had was great. The food was excellent. And I usually get motion sickness but I didn’t. They had the speed perfectly set. That I was able to enjoy myself. Thank you for a memorable night!!!!

Gorgeous views. The buffet was good. The margaritas were too sweet. But, one of my friends had a strawberry drink she thought was delicious. Good atmosphere and easy boarding.

This was the highlight of our time in Baltimore. The crew was awesome, and the service was exceptional. We enjoyed the delicious buffet, and harbor view at night was a real treat. It gets cool after dark, so wear something warm.

I visited Baltimore, 4/21-23/2023 and paid for this cruise prior to me arriving. My cruise date was 4/21/23 at 7 pm. I arrived at the location of the ship around 6:50 pm to find it roped off . There was not a representative their to instruct customers of what to do. While I sat on the bench another couple asked was I here for the cruise also. I answered yes, and THEY informed me it was cancelled around 7:10 pm, 10 minutes after it was suppose to have started. I then called the phone number located on the email after purchasing cruise and spoke with a rep. She then informed me that the cruise was canceled and strongly suggested I sign up for another day, versus a refund. I informed her, no thank you. I’m here for two days and the time I have booked for this event, IS THE TIME I PAID FOR. I think with the cost of this event (more than $200 for a couple) the least that could be done is a representative ON LOCATION assisting customers. This entire event partially ruined my day, I could have selected something else had I been notified. I cut an event short to make sure I was on time for an event that did not happen. I would NOT suggest this event.

We started the cruise but it was canceled early due to bad weather. We were told we would receive a voucher to do it again since it was canceled early from the weather BUT it's been over a week and we have not seen a voucher or heard anything from Spirit Cruises. It's beginning to look like we were lied to.
