Me and my fiancé paid a lot of money to go on this cruise for our date and we got a basic cheap meal that we were not fans of , we could have went grocery shopping and got a better meal than that ! Oh & drinks are not included which should be speaking of how high the price was with such a cheap meal at lease happy hour price drinks could have been a little better .

My friends and I took the lunch cruise as a celebration event for our wedding anniversary and I was disappointed. The positives- the food was tasty and adequate. Not gourmet, but that was not what we expected either. Our server was friendly and helpful.
Negatives- the ship's decor needs a facelift! It was drab and unattractive. I didn't feel like I was there to celebrate. It felt like I was taking public transportation. The lunch tables were uncovered and bare - not even a carnation to brighten the space. Not a balloon or greenery... nothing! There was nothing festive about the ship.
The servers, though friendly, were not dressed professionally at all. There was some kind of uniform - navy blue print and apron which is fin. Our server's shirt was un-pressed (crumpled) and the apron ill-fitted. Most of the other servers were similarly attired; not presenting a coordinated/professional image at all. That detracted from the overall experience I expected. They can be casual by all means if that's the tone for the occasion, but professional looking.
We were asked in our reservation about the celebration - we indicated an anniversary. When we got to our table there was a 4x5 Tour promotion card with a hand written not on the corner saying congratulations (sorry I already discarded it) So they aren't obligated to do anything and I'm okay with that. But if you are not going to do anything - a slice of cake or come sing at your table or what ever... why ask?
The cruise idea is a great one, and done right it could be a fabulous and inexpensive way to experience the celebration with friends.

Lunch cruise was as expected.....Very relaxing, food ok, service good, drinks good. If you are looking for a gourmet meal...you are at the wrong place but the food was hot and good. Service was good especially since everyone is understaffed. Beautiful views from the upper deck, nice weather and relaxing chairs is what you go for.

The event was canceled. We never got to experience the luncheon cruise. Very disappointing. We only were in town for the weekend and were not able to reschedule.

I loved it, the crew was amazing and very happy, the food was delicious. It was a great experience and a perfect surprise to my boyfriend on his birthday. I def would do it again.

We had a wonderful time. The strong reputation of the staff is well-deserved; they were courteous and thoughtful throughout the trip. The food was fine, plentiful. Loved the music and the dancing. Great brownies. My only disappointment was I thought we would be given a "tour" of the relevant landmarks in the Harbor. It could have been my mistaken impression. All in all the lunch cruise was well worth it.

Had a great time. Everything from parking directions to boarding the ship was done expediently and professionally. Loved the dj aspect and entertaining crew members..
It felt like a really fun wedding reception. Highly recommend!!!

I would like to get reservations for 5 people, & it says that there is no availability on Wednesday, July 28 or on Thursday July 29th. Is this because of stricter Covid restrictions that could possibly change in the next couple of months? How many people can go on this lunch cruise?
