We bought tickets for the Tybee Island experience for a Monday. I called Saturday to confirm, and Chris (?) said someone would reach out on Sunday to confirm a pickup time. When no one had called by 10pm on Sunday, I called and left a voicemail as well as emailed the company to inquire about the pick up time. Finally when I called on Monday morning I was told that the trip was cancelled. No one had contacted us to let us know this. Than the company had the audacity to not refund the entire amount paid- they kept about $30 of the total paid- which isnt alot in and of itself, but really shady to 1) not let the customer know a trip was cancelled and 2) keep $ when the cause of the cancellation was not due to the customer.

My friends and I booked this trip through the Bach app for a bachelorette party and were so excited to spend the day at the beach together where everything would be taken care of for us. We were sadly mistaken to be so excited. First off our trip was scheduled to be from 9:30-3:30. Well 9:30 came and went and no bus showed up. We struggled with figuring out how to get in contact with Chris and had to contact the Bach to get his contact information. When we called him he seemed rude and annoyed and told us we had no booking until we provided the booking number and then he tried to defend himself saying the Bach never sent over the confirmation number so he had no idea about it, but some how when we provided the number he found our booking. He said there was no bus to come get us and we would have to wait an hour and a half for the last bus to drop people off and come back to get us. We said okay what other choice do we have and hung up with him. About 20 mins later he said he could pick us up in his Suburban SUV and he would be there in 15 mins. After about 30 mins he showed up and the 8 of us had to squeeze into his 7 passenger car. 4 people had to squeeze in one row. On top of this Chris was an extremely dangerous driver, texting and driving, taking hand held phone calls on his cell and just nervously and randomly opening all the apps on his phone and checking them for no reason. He was speeding and swerving around cars and yelling at other drivers. We were all terrified for our lives. We finally got to the beach around 11:30 and after about 2.5 hours he said it was time to leave, granted it did start raining, but our promised time was 9:30-3:30, 6 hours that was cut to 2.5. This time we thought for sure we would get that party bus we were promised, but yet again we had to all squeeze into Chris' car and sped back to the Air BnB while Chris made racist comments about the neighborhoods.
We have made multiple attempts to contact Chris about a refund and we have received no response. When we originally spoke to him when the bus was late he said we could "talk" about a partial refund. Nothing has been done to try to remedy the situation and it seems as though he is just straight up ignoring us.

We had an amazing day at the beach and climbing to the top of the lighthouse! This is a great tour, they provided everything we needed for a great day.

I am so glad that I booked this excursion. The driver contacted us the the day before our ride out to Tybee and confirmed our pick up location. Once we got on the bus, our driver Dave was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We stopped at a gas station for food and snacks (I was expecting a grocery store). Overall the ride to Tybee was fine although a bit bumpy so I suggest wearing a seatbelt. Dave carried all of our coolers off the bus and into the cooler and set then put towels on our beach chairs. The black birds on the beach are very aggressive if you leave food out in the open so keep everything closed up when you're in the water!
I give it 10/10 stars for customer service, friendliness, and value. This is so worth the money because EVERYTHING is taken care of for you and you can just sit back and relax at the beach without having to lug all the beach gear in your car/luggage.

They took care of everything! All we had to do is get on and off the bus. Pick up at our hotel.Beach umbrellas, sturdy adjustable lounge chairs, your own individual cooler with ice to stock your own beverages. Stopped at a convenience store to get what you wanted. It was great. The water was warm and perfect for wading in the surf. I only wished I would have used more sunscreen:) Great time, very relaxing.

The driver Dave was extremely friendly and informative. Was prompt and very accommodating. We'd highly recommend this tour if want an easy way to get to Tybee from Savanah.

We did the Beach Day! This was an excellent experience and value. Chris and his team went the extra mile to make sure we had a great time. They thought of everything. The coolers with ice, Chairs, towels and Umbrellas set up when we arrived as promised. All we had to do was relax and enjoy ourselves. He shared his extensive knowledge about the area during the ride and was very funny and friendly too. Thanks TBB.

If you are visiting Savannah and need a beach day - this is THE WAY TO GO! Chris takes care of everything for you - picking you up/dropping your off at your hotel, a pit stop at a convienent store so you can buy snacks and drinks for your own cooler of ice he provides. The chairs and umbrellas are already set up on the beach waiting for you when you get there and towels are supplied also. The only thing you have to do for this fantastic day is sit back and enjoy it. Chris is a FANTASTIC host that goes above and beyond to make your day at the beach a success. I highly recommend this day trip!

The tour drops travelers near the lighthouse at North Tybee, so I would use that as your landmark when trying to figure out where you are relative to other places!
