We didn't get to experience their service because our tour got canceled just hours before our schedule because of the weather. But our payment was still fully refunded. Do not hesitate to book with this company.

3つぐらいのポイントを回り、すべてのポイントでオーロラを見ることができました。行った場所は私たち以外誰もいなく周りに遮るものもなく、落ち着いて見ることができました。お勧めします。

My husband and I came to Fairbanks in order to see the Aurora. We booked a tour with Rene at AuroraQuest. We met them in the parking lot of Walmart at 10pm. There was one other guest and the tour guide. We drove out the Elliott Hwy and found a couple of good viewing spots. Our guide was very patient and we got to see some great views of the Aurora. I highly recommend AuroraQuest.

Parked mostly on Elliott Highway, 30+ miles out of town. Had large vehicle to get in and out of to keep warm, some warm beverages and a patient guide. Got to see the Aurora, including one particularly vivid display, which was the main goal of our trip, our sixth to Alaska and first Aurora sighting.

We are so happy we selected this company. Very hard to determine who to go with, so many choices. When conditions are good, even the worst company might seem ok because in the end you got what you expected. It is when things get hard, when the weather and the forces of nature do not cooperate that you can see who is really professional, kind and who cares. And Rene does care. He does a lot. He was flexible enough to change our dates to accommodate a change from another company we booked with, he made everything possible to turn our experience into a happy one. On the chaser tour, after checking many times the weather and the clearing skies indications, we went to 2 absolutely perfect spots to see the aurora. The first one would have been fabulous if the cloud had not been so dense. The second one was in a very quiet area, we were just us 7 (our party of 4, a couple and Rene). Perfect spot if the weather had been on our side. We were persistent and even though the conditions were so bad, we were able to get a glimpse of the aurora. She played with us (with the clouds really)
the whole time and surely, we are going to come back to try to see her again.
In all of this, Rene has been such a nice guide, caring for us all.
We did not meet Aurora that night but were grateful to have met Rene.

I highly recommend AuroraQuest. I called Rene via a number listed in AuroraQuest page he was quick to respond to my questions and did follow up. The day of the tour he sent a message via sms about the time of the excursion. He was on time and he started to identify the Aurora Borealis the minute she became visible. Rene drove to a spot where no other cars were located so a better view could be enjoyed and man was it awesome. He had beverage and he took a photo with the Aurora in the background. I’m really happy and thankful I got to experience this beautiful natural wonder.

We left at 10 pm. Our guide Rene drove us out of the city. We stopped and watched one aurora as we were driving. It was fast moving and amazing. He then carried us to the top of a hill. We saw several beautiful and amazing displays. We saw green and white and a touch of red. We saw them “dance”. It was surreal. Rene was a helpful and kind guide. He even took our pictures with the aurora in the background to email us later. We highly recommend Rene and this aurora tour!!! We got back to our hotel at 3am. The front desk clerk told us we were the only group who saw the aurora that night. We credit this to Rene’s expertise.

My mom and I had a great time on the aurora tour we did with AuroraQuest! Although the night was a bit chillier than we anticipated, the van was warm, clean, and had snacks and hot drinks, so we stayed very comfortable.
Our guide, Rene, was so accommodating; he picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel and even brought his camera to take pictures of us and the aurora since I told him ahead of time that we didn't have any photography equipment of our own. It's very clear that he loves Alaska and has a lot of knowledge about the outdoors. After sharing a few stories of his own camping adventures, he kindly gave my mom a copy of the books he has written. To top it all off, the aurora was out and looked absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend this company if you're looking for a personalized experience with a smaller company.
