This was definitely worth it. Our guide was so fun and had a lot of knowledge of our surroundings. It was so beautiful and a little challenging at times. We will def do this again.

It was our first rafting experience and we couldn’t have picked a better one! We had a 14 and 10 years old in our group and the absolutely loved it! Our guide Tim was amazing at keeping everyone engaged and having fun the entire trip.

Absolutely amazing experience! Hannah was our guide and she was phenomenal. Super fun and very knowledgeable about so many aspects of the park and history. Next time I’m back I will be requesting her. The views were beautiful and we saw a black bear! Super fun

Our half day scenic float was Amazing. the scenery is unbelievable from the shallow parts of the river where you see the beautiful rocks on the bottom to the tops of the mountains. It's breathtaking! We saw a bald eagle perched in a tree and Emily our guide said he'd been sitting there about 3 days! So majestic. Emily made us feel like family and did such a good job that we booked whitewater rafting with her 2 days later :-) Be sure to ask for her when you visit. She is the BEST!

We are "seniors" with some back issues...would we be required to help paddle?? Not interested if this might cause problems for our backs. Sounds wonderful, but must be able to relax and just enjoy floating!
We are both high-functioning obese. Would this be exerting? Or relaxing?

IMO, relaxing. The guide used oars to navigate around some rolling water a couple times, and suggested that ee hold on, but mostly this was floating, enjoying the scenery, and the water. The water was flowing fairly fast during our trip.
