Our guide, Kathryn, was an incredible story teller who kept us on the “edge of our seats” with just the right balance of details & timing! All accounts were based upon factual events and she even shared recent photographic evidence of the paranormal collected by a tourist in her tour! This was THE best experience and my teen loved it too! Be warned! The walk back to your hotel feels ominous after learning so many spooky tales!

This tour was so much fun! It was a great historical tour that was encompassed with ghost stories. Yah Yah was our tour guide and she was amazing! If you decide to go on this tour I would try get her as your tour guide. She was very knowledgeable and loved to have a good time with her tour group. She made the tour fun and engaging and really made me want to explore NOLA more as well as learn more about the history. This tour also included the LaLaurie mansion which I heard that some other tours don't include.
Overall we had a blast on this tour and would definitely recommend it to others!

The tour was great! We had Wolfy as our tour guide and the stories he told about each place were historically intriguing and made for a super fun night activity. Definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants a reasonably priced tour ($22 each) that is still high quality. My only gripe with this tour is that our group was pretty large (30 people). Would have preferred to be in a smaller group, but didn't take away from the experience.

Catherine was a great tour guide! We chose this tour because we needed a tour that would be appropriate for our 12-year-old daughter. We had already gone on a tour through a different company that had been marketed for tweens, but it was a bit too young for her. The Ghost and Vampire Tour from French Quarter Phantoms was perfect. Catherine was extremely attentive to the participants and aware of any younger guests, being mindful to warn before saying anything graphic. She provided a lot of history about New Orleans and the French Quarter. The tour was interesting without being cheesy. She even shared a photo that seemed to show a couple of ghosts. Catherine made us feel welcome. She is very friendly and a great tour guide.

Kathryn was a great guide. Very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. She is lifelong French quarter resident and loves to show off her home area to visitors. She seemed personally interested in the ghost and vampire stories. Highly recommend the tour and Kathryn..

Jeremiah led our tour and did an excellent job! Great mix of history and spooky lore! Plus, you get to see some of the most architecturally beautiful spots in the French Quarter!

I'm interested in booking this as an optional event for a group but I won't know how many we have until the day of. Is there a way to book all the spots available for March 25, 2023? Thank you!

You would have to contact them. I know when we went, there were several groups at the same time and a couple of them were private.
They might be able to charge you a flat fee, but am not sure, sorry!

Children's tickets are cheaper, but this is NOT appropriate for children under twelve. There were kids around ten years old with us on our tour and they were freaking out with some of the graphic details from the LaLaurie Mansion stop.

Information mentions "small group" - what does this mean is the largest size group we might be with, and would a Sunday night 8pm be likely to be a smaller group than Saturday night?

My 14 year old daughter and I will be staying at the Hyatt by the Superdome in about a week. We are very interested in your Ghost/Vampire tour, but a native New Orleanian (?!) has raised some concerns about safety in that part of the French Quarter. We would probably travel by streetcar...how safe would it be to travel back to the Hyatt after the tour? Is there a lot of activity in that area at night? Should we streetcar there and Uber back? She really scared me!

Where the tour is walking is safe. Heading back that distant to your hotel, you may want to take transportation back.
