Avoid

We have been to Hard Rock cafes all around the world because usually you know what you are getting - really friendly staff, decent food and a great atmosphere. Not at this one! Rude waitresses, unfriendly hostess and greasy fajitas are the standard here. Avoid.

A little smaller, less exciting for a Hard Rock

I've been to several Hard Rock Cafes. Picked this one just for fun and we knew the menu would have basic stuff we could eat. Made reservations online but when we got there, there was not a wait anyway. It seemed to be a smaller Hard Rock compared to others I've visited and is right in the heart of the French Quarter. Had a bbq bacon burger... it was fine - nothing special. Waitress was fine, food came out very quick. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again but for what we were looking for it was fine.

A éviter absolument !!!

Lieu extrêmement sale et personnel antipathique… Notre table était tellement sale que nous sommes partis sans même manger. La boutique est sympa et le personnel aussi.

Poor service

While our waitress was very nice, we had very slow, poor service. The family seated next to us received another table’s bill and we did as well. It took a while for the manager to come and help us get the correct bill. They did not comp any of our items for the trouble.
The food is like the other Hard Rock locations.

Great service from Danielle at the Bar

When we got there, we were told there was a 40-50 minute wait, although there were plenty of tables free. So we decided to sit at the bar.
Danielle was very good and served us quickly. We decided just to have our food at the bar as well, ending up spending most of the evening there and having a few more beers.
During this time, most of the tables stayed empty. So I'm not sure why we were told there was such a wait.
The service from Danielle more than made up for this, and in the future, I think we will just go straight to the bar as the service seems much better.

Absolutely terrible.

Service annoyingly slow. Staff didn’t give a toss. Wanted drink before ordering food. Waiter took drinks order then came back three times for food order before drinks had even arrived. Half way through starters a totally bored waiter just dumped our main food on the end of the table and walked off. I shouted after him and he turned round and completely ignored me. The two staff on the front desk were continuously on their phones and ignored the queue that formed in front of them, actually turning away people when the restaurant was less than a third full. I asked a passing waiter if they had lots of bookings later and he said about three. If I was the manager I would be very worried about the attitude of his staff. I have eaten in six different Hard Rock Cafes all over the world and I will not be recommending this one to anyone, in fact I will be putting it out to all my followers on Twitters and putting it on Facebook to stay away . Terrible place.

Das Hard Rock Cafe in New Orleans hat stark nachgelassen

Der absolut schlechteste Burger . Das hatte mit Burger für $ 22,50 absolut nicht mehr zu tun . Die Pattis verbrannt & dünner als bei Mc… von Käse kaum ne Spur. Die Buns völlig verdrückt. Burger zurück gegeben. Neuen legendary bekommen der ging gerade noch . Die Pommes kalt & matschig. Gut: ich musste nur die Getränke bezahlen aber mir wäre lieber gewesen einen guten Burger zu bekommen & zu genießen

Good burger

Had a burger and fries as well as alcohol. The food came out quick, was hot, and a large serving. I don't think I finished the whole burger. The drink was ok, probably could have been a little stronger. There was some kind of confusion on who our waiter/waitress was and the waitress didn't have an issue expressing it to us.
The restaurant and bathroom were clean. We didn't have to wait for a table.
