Lynn was exceptional! She was punctual, courteous, informative, interesting, and comprehensive! We love her personality,too.She drove us through 4 neighborhoods and we got it and walked a bit so we could go in interesting spots. Along the way she covered any questions/topics that we posed.

Our tour guide Lynn was phenomenal. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the city, from the architecture to the history of housing development to the old growth forest, not to mention food and entertainment. Her passion for the city is contagious. Don't miss this one!

Lynn's incites to all of Seattle were fantastic. She took us to areas not on the normal discover Seattle tour. We saw areas that we would have know about it.
She is informed, funny, and certainly loves her city.

This one feels more like a private tour, which is great. Lynn is a very energetic and fun guide and she will take you to the interesting local neighborhoods for history and cultural lessons. Expect to walk a little, but you will also get a chance to take photos from the car. We would definitely recommend this one if you are visiting Seattle. It will give you some insights on the local vibes and it will feel like you are hanging out with your auntie/cousin who is showing you around. The tour is about 3h. Great experience.

Absolutely the best - starting with the coffee! Unlike the typical “get on the bus, drive by the usual sites”, Lynn takes you to the most interesting spots you wouldn’t find for yourself or with anyone else. Fun, great information, accommodating - highly, highly recommend this tour!!

Lynn's tour is a great way to see Seattle through the eyes of a local. My tour was in mid September with two other passengers. Lynn suggested neighborhoods that were at the top of my list. We got a flavor for each neighborhood, and learned how populations had shifted over the years and changed some of the places. I enjoyed seeing the longtime favorite locales, especially in Capitol Hill. Lynn went above and beyond expectations, and even squeezed in a visit to Gas Works Park. I definitely recommend Lynn's tour.

Absolutely the best tour we could have asked for of Seattle. Lynn loves this city, and she will transmit her affection for it over the course of her informative and generous tour. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

Lynn was a great guide and really knew her way around the city. Lots of interesting information about a few different neighborhoods and spots that we never would have found on our own. Would recommend taking this tour early in your trip so you know some cool places to go!

I took the 101 Seattle Neighborhoods tour with Lynn. She was personable and fun. We did a bit of walking and driving around. She is very passionate about the neighborhoods of Seattle and shared a lot about their histories and what makes each unique. Capitol Hill, Queen Anne, Fremont, West Lake, South Lake, Gaslight Park
