Went to this solo and it's funny how life works, met some awesome people from some cool places that made it even better. Pictures don't do it justice, it's great. Susan's genuine passion for the outdoors is amazing to be around as well.

Pick up and drop off are on time and Susan was our guide and she was amazing. She is very empathetic and makes sure you are comfortable and is happy to answer any questions. She made a pit stop so that we can pick up lunch and catered to bathroom breaks too. Perfect planning on her behalf.
The hike itself might be medium to slightly difficult level for a rookie hiker but it is worth it. It is advisable to layer up and insulate as much as one can, but one will warm up as we are hiking upwards. Brisk walking is necessary to make it in time, but Susan was cognizant of different speeds and waited till everyone caught up.
When we reached the main view point, you will have the best view of Mt. Rainier. We even had our picnic lunch stop there and got some great pics. One of the most memorable experiences there!
The next part of the hike up is on ice and Susan even brought crampons for all of us! She even has an extra pair of gloves and makes sure her group is always sorted and comfortable. Honestly, the best guide I've ever had! The walk up the icy floor with crampons is an intriguing experience and the views keep getting better (especially in the snow).
Finally the walk down is done on crampons and DO NOT remove the crampons on the way down.
Overall an amazing 10/10 hike with an amazing tour guide, Susan! Highly recommend!

Susan is very sweet and knowledgeable. Views are incredible. Van can feel crowded especially when it’s a full group, but don’t let that stop you. The views, experience, and memories are definitely worth it.

The trip was amazing with so many beautiful views of Mt. Rainer and waterfalls! Susan was a great guide, very knowledgeable, explaining what we were seeing around and always making sure we get the best views possible. She was also very helpful and organized, providing us with everything we needed, from crampons and hiking poles to gloves, snacks, water and a full lunch! Highly recommended!!

Susan was so knowledgeable, accommodating, and sweet. I had an amazing time at Mt. Rainier National park, the cold was bearable with the amazing views, even with Mt. Rainier only saying hello briefly with the cloud cover.

Amazing trip to Mount Rainier National Park! It was a beautiful snowy day and we appropriately hiked Wonderland Trail! It truly was a Winter Wonderland. No snowshoes needed but Susan provided micro spikes for those who needed. Susan was very knowledgeable and provided information about the park and vegetation throughout the hike. 10/10 recommend!

I see 3 time slows, 7 am, 8 am and 9 am - are they the same tour with different starting points (I see only a single starting point mentioned here), or do you run 3 different tours every day?

The lower level hike was about a quarter mile or so. The mountain hike I believe is a mile but we only hiked a quarter mile with the snow shoes because it was snowing fairly heavy.

hi.. I am planning to do the tour in early May on a weekday .. but I read that paradise will be open to visitors on sat/sun only because of staffing issues.. will this affect this tour's hiking plans ?
