We had an amazing time with Flavie as our tour guide. This was definetly a highlight of our trip and we are very happy that we booked our two hour jeep tour with Normandy Discovery Tours. We look forward to coming back and booking a longer tour with you guys again and definetly with Flavie as our guide.

This tour is a MUST if you are staying in Normandy. What a fantastic experience. Thomas our local guide is a superb guide and knows his history . If you specify anything specific that you wish to know about or a particular area to see then I'm sure Thomas will accommodate you.
To travel around the local areas in the Jeep is just one half of the fun, the other half , Thomas will keep you entertained with amazing stories and showing you pictures and maps of the areas that you visit .
The BEST experience by far of our trip in Normandy. Well done Thomas , for making such an amazing and memorable couple of hours . Make sure to book this trip with Normandy Discovery Tours 👍😎

Great! A MUST if you are in the Normandy area. They knew their history well with lots of fun facts. The jeeps made it a perfect experience and the route was lovely to see and enjoy. Highly recommended.

So in just 2 hours - that wizzed by - an exceptionally knowledgeable, very well prepared and interesting guide (and careful driver), Flavie, respectfully and enthusiastically took my friend and I back to 6th June 1944 and beyond.
If you want to understand this sector of the DDay Operation Overlord : strategically, emotionally, historically and personally from a local with roots in the area, I am happy to venture you will not learn more with anyone else or by any alternative means in the time taken.
Without overloading your ability to process it all, the locations, the experience, the sights, sound and smells during the ride in Georgia Blues (the JPV or ‘Jeep’) combined with Flavie’s faultless English commentary and clear presentations, background knowledge and command of the subject - there was not a question she couldn’t answer - took us, as we moved through the landscape, from the paratrooper or civilian on the ground and their personal stories to the grand sweep of the complex, co-ordinated and choreographed action undertaken on that pivotal night and the days and weeks that followed it in the summer of 1944. You will shake your head in considering the enormity of it all. It will put you right there.
Whatever your reason for your visit to Normandy this is something you will only regret not doing.

From the warm and friendly welcome we received by Thomas & Flavie to the end of our splendid Jeep tour - all was amazing. After a brief introduction we were soon aboard with Thomas driving out of St Mere Eglise for our 2 hour tour. The route served as a great introduction to the area enhanced by the knowledgeable narrative from Thomas with stories and anecdotes aplenty!.. As the weather was cool and there had been showers we took sturdy coats and layers - which is advised but kept us comfortable with no problems. Thomas was very interested in my Fathers' WWII exploits as an RAF navigator on a Lancaster bomber. We benefitted from advice Thomas gave us on additional locations to visit ie the 'Collins museum' and an interesting book to track down at the 'D-day Experience' which we obtained and met the author!!.. So thank you Thomas & Flavie for providing a highlight of our Normandy visit.

Great experience. Tour inland and on the beach of Utah Beach with Flavie our Guide very competent and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend and would do it again. Best experience of our week in Normandy. Ghislain

Best tour in Normandy, our guide was very knowledgeable and made my son (10) the centre of the experience. We were lucky this company was at the meeting point as our original booking operator no showed. Their clients car broke down so date smiled on us as this tour is amazing. Not only just being in the jeep but our guide is what made it for us. So interesting, engaging, answering questions and sharing wonderful stories. If you are coming to Normandy book this tour now!!!

This was an unbelievable experience. Normandy is beautiful. Our guide Thomas is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about telling the history behind different areas of Normandy. I enjoyed every minute. I recommend this tour 100 %!
