I did the Arts District Food Tour on Saturday, May 25. Abby was our knowledgeable tour guide. She was amazing and made it so much fun! She gave us great information about not only the restaurants we visited, but about Richmond's history. I took this tour in preparation for writing a travel article about RVA, and she shared some great information that will be so helpful in writing the article. The food options were great and I can legitimately say I LOVED everything I ate in every one of these spots! Would love to do another tour!

Delicious sampling of local foods. Enjoyed walking through the city to the restaurants. Abbey was a great tour guide. We would absolutely do it again.

The guide Abby was wonderful, had a wealth of knowledge and information not only of the food scene but of Richmond too. The restaurants that we visited were all so different and unique. They were all flavorful and delicious. We would do another tour if and when we are in RVA again.

What a great experience this was! Abby was a personable, knowledgeable tour guide who devoted herself to making this tour especially enjoyable. Each restaurant/merchant offered something tasty and unique. We had the perfect chemistry of great weather, an easy walk, and a lively group to complement it all. My 3rd Discovery Tour and never disappointed.

I moved to Richmond about a year ago, and my colleagues purchased this gift card for me. It was the first food tour I've ever participated in. From the moment we started at Penny's wine shop, Abby (our tour guide) welcomed us and was engaging. I enjoyed all the spots we visited, mainly since it's an area I don't happen to go to much. I'd return to all the places - particularly Mama J's for catfish, Buttermilk, and Honey. Abby was so accommodating, informative, and overall a great tour host.

Our tour guide Abby was best in class. She was so attentive to all the tour goers and made sure to address special needs such as veggie preferences. Also, when at the lost stop, there was a miscommunication with the restaurant, she handled things professionally and didn't skip a beat. She was super sweet and informative, we loved hearing all about the historical background of each restaurant. The restaurant choices were great -- definitely want to go back to most or all of them.

Had such a blast bopping around the heart of Richmond on this tour. We learned a lot about the city and its cuisine thanks to the friendly folks at each stop but mostly from our wonderful tour guide, Abby! She was such a delight and we had so much fun on her tour. Highly recommend.
