Only been to dalyan once before on a day trip from Kusidasi that was 25 years ago, so we where quite looking forward to seeing it all again this time we went with friends and stayed for 3 nights in a hotel right on the river. Day one decided to do the river cruise, had the boat all to ourselves at a very reasonable price, and of we went it was amazing and at the other end we actually saw a large turtle up close. I have to say, though we were disappointed with the beach it was over crowded and the toilet and changing facilities were disgusting so we decided not to stay for a swim. We travelled back and had a look round the town, its full of bars and restaurants there were some great places to eat at quite reasonable prices. All in all our stay was great and I would highly recommend it has a destination Wetherby to stay or just visit for a few days.

Παρόλο που ήτανε τέλος Οκτωβρίου, ήτανε μία πολύ ωραία εκδρομή. Μόνοι μας πήγαμε με το λεωφορείο από το Μαρμάρι, περίπου μιάμιση ώρα δρόμο. Μετά από το Dalyan πήραμε καραβάκι ( 45 λεπτά) και φτάσαμε στην παραλία . Πολύ ωραία τοπία, παραλία με άμμο, χελώνες δεν είδαμε μόνο τις φωλιές που κάνανε, αλλά είδαμε το μπλε Καβούρι. Όντως άξιζε!!!

Too long a day for such a little time at the fabulous Mud Baths and Turtle beach. The included lunch was excellent!

Absolutely fabulous scenery as you glide along the river. Good views of the rock tombs as well as a good amount of wildlife. We even saw a golden eagle. A very relaxing trip to a beautiful sandy beach which was a great spot for swimming.

The Best excursion in Turkey has been an amazing day very easily booked online very cheap for what you get. The very comfortable coach staff was very friendly and the food was amazing I would highly recommend this excursion one of our best days ever and we have been in Turkey for years I don't know why we have never done this beforehand the mud bath and the thermal pool are amazing. Great advice with the tour operators Don't miss out on this wonderful day this trip suits all ages .

This trip was well worth the money on Get your Guide. We had it for £12 and not the £40 to £60 that others had paid. Still worth the money though. Had coach transfer and return free from the hotel to and from the boat. All day trip on the boat to the mudbaths and thermal pool free of charge. Dinner on the boat then off up the river to Turtle beach. Beautiful little sandy beach you can walk into the sea. We saw the tombs carved into the mountains and then we fed the turtles and 2 came right up out of the water to say hello a few times. Amazing well worth it.

Not a bad day out. The stop off at Turtle Beach is excellent. The sandy beach and water, is bliss. Then you get to see the turtles, if you’re lucky, which we were. The trip continues up to the mud baths. That was an experience. Then it’s back to the boat for the trip to Marmaris. We left the harbour at 9AMand returned 730PM. Other than lunch at 1130, all other food and drink must be purchased on the boat. 100TL for a small bottle of Effes ! Joke. The food wasn’t too bad in price. Bout 170TL for burger and chips. A lot of travelling, at least 7 hours of the day on a boat. You can purchase this trip for £15, don’t pay over the odds.

That was great journey! Everything went well, we spent very nice time and I would recommend thsi trip to everyone. Price od this travel is very cheao. Nice views, enjoyed mud bath and also turtle beach is very beautiful beach. Also we saw quite big turte! 5 stars without discussion!!!

Definitely a towel and appropriate swimming kit, although that might smell a bit after the sulphur bath thing, so maybe a change of kit would be warranted. Have a great time, it's very relaxing .

From Marmaris it's a fun day, large boat to the islands, smaller boat Dalyan river and a stop off on the river fr the mud baths. Early morning back around 6pm x

When I did it I don't remember seeing a ramp, it was around a 300mm/1ft step on and off the boat and then steps down into the boat. But I'm not sure if they always use the same boats or not. Transport to Dalyan was by coach. Also when you get to the mud baths there are steps into the baths. It was a nice trip and I'm sure the people there would help you if they can. If you google Tourmania Turkey you'll be able to find the trip and contact the company to ask them, I would post the link but trip advisor won't let me!

As we will want to get from Dalyan to Marmaris approximately 7th June is there any way of going the opposite way to what is advertised.

There are boat taxi’s which you can get, we saw some from turtle beach to Dalyan but I’m not sure how far they go. We came from Marmaris to Daylan by coach
