Can't rate this company highly enough. It can't be easy running a company that is so weather dependent, but this family run company certainly try their best to give everyone a good experience. They could see the cloud cover was going to mean no flights would go when we were booked in and kept us informed whilst offering us an earlier flight that had more chance of going. In the end time ran out and we couldn't do the 45 min with snow landing as it wasn't safe, but we did have a fantastic 35 minutes in the air viewing the glaciers and surrounding area. It was incredible and we were so lucky that they were flexible enough to get us up there. Thank you to Poppy.

It was a wonderful experience. Our pilot (Mike) was calm and very competent even though the visibility got worse as our time went by. We had booked the 45 but couldn’t get to Mt Cook. To our surprise we were given a credit for the missed part of the trip. This is a very well managed and buttoned up organization. The views and our ability to see the glaciers was incomparable. Highly recommend.

Such a wonderful experience to see the glaziers close up. This flight with snow landing is such an amazing thing to do and shouldn't be missed. Staff were so very helpful changing our times to suit the weather. Great pilot and a professional tour.

The views were amazing and the pilot was great. The only fault was that we paid for 45 minutes of air time, and only got 35 minutes.

All the staff were helpful and friendly. They joked with me, which I appreciated. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The trip itself was awesome!

We were blessed with a clear sunny day and the flight in helicopter was my first. There 6 passengers on flight and it was a squash to have 4 in back row. This meant was difficult to rotate to take pictures especially if you were in the middle 2 seats. The views of the 3 glaciers and mountains were stunning nature in the raw!
We landed on a plateaux between several mountain ridges and the ice was slushy as it melted. We took lots of pictures and the trip will be a wonderful memory of our trip.

One of the best experiences that I have ever had. I would definately recommend this as a must do when visiting New Zealand. We actually booked for a 2.15pm flight but arrived earlier and was put on the 12.15pm flight. They run a very good operation and making sure safety is a priority. The views are spectacular and was so glad we did this….Highly recommend..

I am familiar with aviation, it can be daunting. this operation is very organised with very good helicopters. One of our greatest life experiences seeing 3 amazing Glaciers and landing on the snow. Amazing thank you
