Booked in August 2021. Went to the site and left a request. Was immediately contacted to arrange details for two nights for 26 people. First day was a 30 person shuttle that was absolutely clean and comfortable. Driver was on time and willing to wait for our party to gather and travel safely. Picked us up well into the morning and was waiting patiently for us to walk out from the event right up the front. Traveled safely back to two stops no problem. Night two we had two 14 passenger shuttles. Our driver, Bobbie was amazing and accommodating. They even rerouted us due to potential delays from another route which could have been 1-2 hours of delays. That would have been a bummer. Made it there and back perfectly and most importantly safely. Need a limo service? This is the place to go, we tried another place to arrange between Black Diamond and Black Diamond arranged it all much more quickly and with only 4 days notice before a huge event. Well done. Thank you and thanks Dustin for the accommodations. We will definitely use them again in the future. Not to mention they happily allowed a 3rd vehicle because we messed up with drop off destinations and they were so cool about it. I don’t think that is typical but goes to show the care and service level!
