Great customer service after a bad experience with another bike rental company in Tucson. Staff let us try our bikes before renting and made sure we were fitted properly. Large selection. A little difficult to find the shop but worth the search and the shop is right on the loop.

This brick and mortar bike rental shop offers exceptional service for bike rentals of both e-bikes and regular bikes. We had excellent communication with the owner Jesus. His daughter Alejandra fitted us with bikes, gave us thorough instructions on how to operate the e-bikes, and escorted us by bicycle through the parking lot to the entry to the Tucson loop.
A very enjoyable 2 hours biking on the path. Our first experience with e-bikes made the ride fun and effortless.
Would highly recommend.

my wife and i rented bikes for a 2 hour self guided ride along "the loop" bike path. the bikes were in excellent condition and pricing was fair. Jesus and Alleandra took the time to assure the bikes were fitted to us and then guided us to the actual bike path. excellent customer service.

My wife and I had an incrrdible time at Ride Tucson. The service was outstanding and the staff were knowledgeable and duper friendly. They made us feel at ease, patiently answering all our qustions.
We left with a great summer plan to do in Tucson. We can't wait to be back now that winter is approaching.

One of my customers used this company a month ago. The Velotric are really cheap Chinese made product that you get off of amazon and low and behold she got stuck way out 30 miles away. The company take a siesta during the day - which we were told about - but that did not help. The poor lady had to get an Uber to take the heavy thing back.

Mechanical issues can occur with any bike, regardless of its origin, and we understand the frustration it can cause. It's important to note that our e-bikes, including the Velotric, undergo thorough quality checks before being offered for rental to minimize such occurrences.
As for the limited mileage, it's a standard consideration for e-bikes. The range can vary depending on factors like throttle usage, pedal assist, terrain, and rider weight. While we provide estimates for our e-bikes' mileage, we always recommend customers to be aware of their usage patterns to ensure a smooth and enjoyable ride.
Regarding the siesta period, we do our best to inform our customers about this break in our service hours, as it's essential for our staff's well-being. However, we understand that this may not always align with everyone's schedule. Please note that this siesta period was a part of our summer schedule, and we have already ended this special hours for the summer.
