We enjoyed our trip. Pick up at hotel. Steve was great-entertained us the whole way there and back. Guide on the river was great-she pointed out wildlife and points of interest. Only negative was the lunch. When I booked the trip I requested a gluten free lunch. I’m gluten intolerant-makes me sick for days. So when I was handed a subway sandwich I told the young lady I can’t eat that. She told me just to take the meat out of the bread. I don’t think she knew anything about food intolerances. So I had chips for lunch. Room for improvement!

Please be advised that we understand special requirements or meal requests and consider them very important. We would have absolutely requested a gluten free lunch as we do for all of our guests and have always done. We did look up your original reservation and it did not come to us with a meal request: Please be advise that we regret you not enjoying or getting lunch.

It was a great trip and
Amazing views ! We really enjoyed it !! The tour guy Jayden was a Navajo Indian and he was funny and knowledgeable. If you are not ready to get tan and be in the sun constantly for 4 hours , do not go or get prepare. It was 117 F degrees! You feel a little bit dehydrated you need to drinks lots of water and there are no restrooms near. If you up to this , Just do it.

This was a fun & memorable way to experiance the canyon. Would highly recommend this tour. Our tour guide Ty was wonderful! He is from the area so he really knows his history.

Do you run the Colorado River Smooth Water Float Trip from Flagstaff in December and if so, how cold is it likely to be? Separate question, do you run any tours from Phoenix or Scottsdale in Dec?

I am planning to be in flagstaff on the 25 September and would love to book this tour, but the site informs me that I need to book with more than 1 person...?
Since I am travelling on my own I am unable to do this. Will there not be other travellers who will book closer to the time?
